I went for an eye exam a week ago. Dr. Ariana, the optometrist, was very professional and took the time to explain everything without rush. All the equipment is very modern and the store is nice and clean. Specially during COVID. You can easily park in front of the store. Mr. Nercessian, the opticien manager, also took the time to explain all the options regarding the eye glasses. They have a nice and wide selection of glasses at competitive prices. They are not there just to sell you things, they are there to advise you. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend this place and of course I will come back.

Guess I'm the most unlucky person who have been there and couldn't get satisfied. 2 months after my eye exam I am still waiting for my contact lenses. Been there 3 times , the first was the initial consultation, the 2 others, appointment to try my lenses, each time they were not a good fit, they had to reorder and I have to wait..again and again.. Still I am waiting and wasting my time. If this was Amazon, I would have asked for a refund...????

Great optometrist, they accepted me for an emergency consultation while everywhere I called didn't want to. I was panicking and the owner was a life saver managing to get me that last minute check up. The staff was great they took care of me. Le monsieur qui ne m’a pas laissé terminé ma phrase , m’a dit que puisque je n’avais pas acheté les lunettes chez eux , ils ne pourraient pas me l’ajuster ( bien qu’ils ont le même modèle en magasin) . Ça m’a refroidi. Je vais aller faire mon examen ailleurs même si le service était correct la dernière fois...

I have been wearing glasses all my life and I have tried many shops but their selection looks better and is definitely better quality and they carry many high end brand as well. I bought a pair of glasses with the help of the representative ALEX and I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received. The staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in the store until I stepped out. They also offer sans- rendezvous appointments which was a relief in my case! I came here for the first time recently. FIRST AND LAST!!! Those young sales reps girls and the optometrist, Ariana Verni, weren't remotely professional nor respectful. I was asked to arrive 10 min early so I did and even arrived 20 min earlier. You want us to respect your time?? Then respect ours too!!!! When you make us wait +30 minutes, apologize for it!!!! Since that Ariana Verni was late on her schedule, she rushed my test and her way of communication was blatantly rude AF. Those sales reps should also learn some manners (on vous vois le monde, les jeunes!!!).

I've been to many eyeglasses stores in search for my first pair and stumbled upon this place by accident. I gotta say, it is the best accident it has happened to me in a while. Huge collection to chose from, staff is super friendly (better than all other places i went to), specially Chris who was super helpful and dedicated to find the perfect pair of glasses with me.
