The clinic was EMPTY, there was only my daughter and I and instead of picking her up the employees were talking to each other. It is a lack of respect for the punctuality of the patient. For this incident I give 3 stars. if the clinic is empty without other patients, it would be appreciated that the appointment times are respected. La clinique était VIDE, il y avait seulement ma fille et moi et au lieu de venir la chercher les employées parlaient entre elles. C'est un manque de respect envers la ponctualité du patient. Pour cet incident je donne 3 étoiles. si la clinique est vide sans autres patient, il serait apprécié que les heures de rdv soient respectées.
