Went for an eye exam at 12:30 they saw me at 1. I only use contacts, insisted on me trying on glasses when i said no thank you the woman persisted to the point i said please leave me alone. They give me a pair of lenses to try for 1 week told me come back in exactly a week and if the lenses are good they will order some. I go back i say the lenses are fine they tell me i need to pass another test for an additional 25$ on top of the 90 i spent for the original exam before i can order any lenses. I said no thank you and left to another place and ordered my lenses the same day. They lost a customer and they get this truthful 1 star review. This location is not a good representation of Greiche and Scaff.

J'ai acheté les lunettes de ma soeurs à cette endroit dernièrement et tout à bien été, mais nous ne reviendront pas après un si mauvais accueille.

J'ai eut plusieurs interactions avec le personnel, différent personnel, et aucun échange ne manquait de respect . Le service était courtois et désireux de répondre à mes besoins. Et si vs êtes une personne difficile comme moi vous serez satisfait. Car les opinions sont francs et je n'ai senti aucune pression pour l'achat de lunette. Ce qui est une très bonne chose . Il y a eu un petit pépin à la livraison, mais la situation c'est vite rétabli après avoir expliqué la situation à un personnel qui m'a rassuré et cela toujours dans le respect . Sans parler de l'optometriste que j'ai eut . Très bon . A répondu à mes questions et les réponses étaient détaillés et claires. Je recommande ! La seule raison que j'ai pas mis 5 * est dans un esprit d'amélioration continue. Sinon je n'ai rien à redire.
