Everyone working there is super friendly and helpful. I know they will look after me, the reason I keep going back. The person doing the eye exams is very thorough and knows her stuff. Good selection and great prices during their promotions. I never knew they offer free glasses to young kids! I have had unpleasant experiences with other optical stores that were overpriced. If you have not tried this place, I highly recommend it!

My eye test was not done correctly, so the resulting prescription was not what I needed. I received the glasses and assumed the blurriness was because my prescription had changed. I waited it out, thinking it would improve. By the time I was able to return, they said the grace period had run out, that I was stuck with the glasses. Very disappointing customer service. If you want to trust the exam, go elsewhere.
