I went in to get two pairs of glasses fixed (one to be tightened and the other needed a screw). They fixed both free of charge and even changed the nose pads. Very friendly and efficient service. My eye appointments in the past were great too, very knowledgeable staff.

I had a very bad vision, so I walked in to get my eyes checked, after buying a pair of glasses based on the prescriptions that they gave me, I realized that my eyes were getting even worse because they didn't do their tests right and it resulted in giving me the wrong prescriptions along with making my sight even worse. Thought it was a good experience but I was wrong.

I've been coming here to see Dr. Richard for some 7 years now. He's always professional, thorough, and it's very obvious he cares for his patients well being. Highly recommended his services and consultation. Other staff members are also very nice to work with.

I went there for the first time about a month ago. I saw Dr Fletcher he was thorough. I received my glasses than two weeks later I dropped them and took them into Patty who was super helpful in getting me fixed up. Great customer service.

Called today for an appointment due to irritation in my left eye and was told that this was not an issue for an optometrist and that I should go to an after-hours clinic. I ended up obtaining an urgent appointment with an independent, non-franchise optometrist who identified that I had CORNEAL ABRASIONS and put me on a treatment routine. I will be advising anyone who considers FYI Doctors at this location to seek treatment elsewhere.

Had a great experience with my daughter. All staff were welcoming, very kind and helpful. Dr Luc Boudreau was able to explain everything to both myself in French and to my husband in English which was greatly appreciated. We now have a very happy girl with sparkly glasses.

I used to have good service at this location, but not in recent months. If you are going to serve the public your hours should reflect that. This location is no longer open on Saturday at all. I would take being open until even 1:00 p.m but they are not even doing that.. I am going to have to get my next pair of glasses elsewhere so that I can get service to have them straightened when needed. I live way out of town and Wednesdays until 8:00 is really not convenient. Whatever happen to servicing the public on Saturdays. Does anyone know a good optometrist beside FYidoctors?

I was in tonight to get my broken glasses replaced. I would just like to say how great Patty was! They had already pulled some options for me and Patty went above and beyond to find me more options. In doing this she also got me a better deal on a frame/lens package cheaper then an original replacement for my broken ones. She has a great personality and made me feel more then comfortable and even had some fun with it. She's a great face for the company! Also very impressed with the procedures in place for covid!
