Good Old Days Channel

The staff are very welcoming and professional personable and ready to answer any questions you might have. And when she said take a picture of some details they wrote down for me I felt like I was being asked to be naughty as per a prior review! This is a family business that takes pride in being open and upfront with their customers (exams are in the back). To my surprise I was greeted by an elderly gent who provided bottled water for everyone waiting to see the Doctor. I might suggest actions be taken to eliminate the clutter in the middle of the store for simple reasons of ease of access open concept. Seated waiting should be in the back by the Doctors office. Thanks guys for all you help, "SEE" you soon!

Yesterday, I stepped on my glasses and I made a mess of them. They looked unrepairable. However, Renu, who has taken of me for the last decade, had hands of a surgeon and repaired my glasses as if they were brand new in less than half an hour. She also had a very pleasant attitude as I showed up unannounced. I sincerely highly recommend Unique Optical to anyone looking for glasses or repairs. -Steve H.

Anyone looking to purchase unique eyewear. Unique Optical is the place to go. They are located in Mississauga 6065 Creditview Rd. Renu, the owner is amazing, her staff is also amazing they are very patient. Rather your looking for perception or non perception they have a great selection of frames. I purchase 2 pairs of perception eye glasses and 1 pair of perception sunglasses. I'm so pleased with their service and the quality I'm going to purchase another pair of eye glasses. I would recommend anyone that is looking for unique believe me they are unique just like the Company Name . Renu, thank you for everything. See you this month for my last pair of eye glasses ????

I had a great experience at Unique Optical. I found the staff pleasant, professional and honest. I had shopped around and found their prices very good in comparison to other places. When I picked up my glasses I felt the lines (trifocals) weren’t right. They were quick to fix the issue and made me a new pair of glasses, which are perfect. I also got sunglasses and I love them. I will definitely return in the future.

They will never let you leave feeling unsatisfied, which I highly appreciate because other locations just want the dollar sign and their customer care level is terrible. So I called in to see if I could get my measurements done ! They told me they don’t do that which doesn’t make sense because they sell glasses. Customer service rep wasn’t rude but I called Laurier optical and they were able to present me with the finest customer care service and offered to take my measurements without me buying frames or glasses ! Great service. Renu, the Optician, is very patient and helpful. No pressure here, just thinking what is best for the customer. I have been to other big names but never received as good an advice and patient discussion as I received from Renu. The Optometrist Dr Theodore Hu is also very good.
