In fact for years and years I always got an excellent glasses and customer service from Hakim Optical stores. Harish Kumar (Mississauga Britannia/Mavis location) is an excellent customer service provider. He's so patient, polite and helpful as well as assisting with always smiling face. More/less 15 years we're dealing with Hakim due to huge variety of collection with the best 2 in 1 pairs of glasses prices in the market. Thank you Hakim for having someone like Harish making customers satisfied. Definitely will continue coming back.

Worst customer service experience ever????????????????????, they deserve zero stars. Sales associates are very rude & unprofessional attitude. Why they work in customer service if they don't know how to serve customers in professional manner. Hakim has to train their staff and teach them the basics. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL/ ILL-MANNERED.

I visited this location few times to get glasses and I had an extremely positive experience. The staffs very very friendly and helpful throughout the time I was there and gave positive suggestions and honest opinions. Harish, the manager at this place was a very practical person and one of the best store managers I ever spoke with who know how to treat the customers so well. He was very pleasant and he didn’t show even the slightest hesitation to replace a frame which didn’t work well for me and even offered free repairs and replacement if I encounter any other hiccups. I would recommend this place to anybody and you won’t be disappointed with the service for sure!!

The customer service at this Hakkim location is exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Harish, the store manager at this location is very understanding and empathetic to the customers. I recently bought a frame and lenses from this location and unfortunately, the frame wasn't working well with the way I use it. One of the arms was always wobbly even after a couple of repairs and I wanted to get replaced. To my surprise, unlike any other store associates I had to deal with before, he was calm all the way and listened to everything and without any hesitation, he took the frame back and offered me to choose another frame that suited me better nearly free of cost. Exceptional customer service and very positive experience.

I recently visited this place and had an amazing experience. The optician working here named Mr. Harish is very knowledgeable guy. He told me everything I need to know and gave me enough time to decide. He suggested me the best glasses and also gave me a good deal. strongly recommend this place.

I booked an eye exam, that went great. I wanted to make lenses so I waited at the counter for some assistance. A lady named Rita helped me. She was in some kind of hurry to drive me out of the store because I brought my own frames and only wanted lens. She told me repeatedly that she had to go because she had an appointment and some other lady is supposed to be doing all this... she gave me no options, just one. After every question she would remind me that she had to go. Fed up of this, I had to simply exit the store. My wife cancelled her appointment naturally.

Amazing customer service, Harish was very helpful with insurance inquires, they had a large order ready for me in 2 days and they even labelled the left eye right eye for my contact lenses. 5/5 stars would recommend this location.

I was at this location end of December to get some information. My first visit did not get me much. However, I decided to go back the next day and I had the pleasure of meeting, Sunder. She was a bundle of information and in fact she was so good at parting information and her attitude and patience that it took me 30 minutes to make the decision and give her my business. Keep up the great work Sunder. You are an asset to the team. At the time of pick up I also met Harish, who is also great with this customer service. Fantastic job, both of you. Will definitely recommend you both.

Bad service, my prescription is not right, headaches and eye strain. The centre of vision is off, wasnt done correctly and glasses are uncomfortable. They need newer equipment, staff seems unqualified. Also the lens keeps falling out of the frame while driving, worst quality.

Variety - very good -> Communications not so much As mentioned in title, quite an extensive selection of frames and the service provided was pleasant HOWEVER, when asked how long for delivery I was told 1 week for 1 set and 2 weeks for the other set. Decided to give them a bit of extra time and followed up 2 weeks -1 day only to be told that due to Covid-19 all frames are 2-3 weeks, not 1-2. Get you messaging strait folks. Customer transparency is very important during these days, and as for Covid-19, we understand that times are different. Could easily have been a 5* but transparency fail.

I recently had two pairs of prescription glasses made here. I was promised to get a call from the store when they are delivered to the store in about a week. I waited for a week and half, and then called. They asked for more time - a few days. After two weeks I called and was told yes, they were ready. (Mind you, they were supposed to call me). When I went to pick them up I found they had mixed-up the frames. Sun-glasses frame had regular lenses and regular glasses had tinted lenses. This resulted in another two weeks of delay. I finally got them right. But I am not satisfied with the craftsmanship and customer service.

I just came back from this location for the first time and I found the customer service Exceptional!! every query I had was answered and I found the perfect pair of glasses. Definitely would recommend me and my family love this place and this is now my place of choice

Have been going to this store for years. Now stopped after realizing that their optometrist missed writing a proper prescription of my 12 year old daughter. And then the glasses they gave her, one lens had coating and the other did not. So, in effect with Hakim glasses and their optometrist's prescription, my daughters eyesight degraded and deteriorated. So if you care for your eyes and not about the cheap substandard glasses that these guys provide, just stay away from them!

An old spectacles frame had developed wobly arms with a few cracks making it unwearable. As there was nothing wrong with the lenses, we thought of getting a new frame for the same lenses and visited the Heartland location. Harish pleasantly surprised us by a no-cost solution. He gladly replaced the two arms making the frame as good as new! I have rarely experienced such an amazing customer experience at any vendor or service provider across products throughout the GTA. A big thank you to Harish!

I am a long time customer at Hakim Opticals. I had a great experience this time when this young lady her name was Sunderpreet helped me in picking two set of frames . She was very patient and friendly while helping me . She chose two very nice decent looking frames for me according to the specifications of my prescription.I really love them. Customer service was on point . I got my glasses on time.Overall it was worth it.
