Great customer service. Love the staff there very professional, patient and very friendly. Spent hours picking glasses for my 2 children and they were very patient and very pleasant. I will highly recommend them. I have been going to different Hakim Optical stores for years and by far this was the best location when it came to customer service.

I recently visited this location and had the pleasure of dealing with Grace and Nicolina. I met these two ladies some time ago while they were working in the Heartland Hakim location. Now they've moved to this location. Because of them I'll only visit Hakim to get glasses for my family and myself. They take great care in helping you choose the right glasses that's suitable for you. When you leave their store you know you've been taken care of. I've seen some bad reviews for this location but give it another try. Grace and Nicolina are both warm and friendly yet very professional. If you want great service along with a great pair of glasses go to Hakim Optical at the corner of Hurontario and Dundas in Mississauga and go see Grace and Nicolina, I guarantee you will not regret it. Tell them Violet sent you.....

To summerize, I came to the store alone with a high perscription. I wanted some help looking for a frame. There were 2 or 3 ladies working the floor. Not one really wanted to help me pick something and I was the only customer there. Their frame selection was small. I finally picked a pair that I thought would be ok. The ladies did not say much. After about a few weeks of having the glasses the paint started chipping off the frame. Mind you the frame is black and the metal is silver so you can imagine how good they look and the glass is also cheaply made. They scratch easily and they get milky. I DO NOT reccomend buying your glasses here. Please go to Costco. They have some interesting/nice frames to choose from and the quality of glass is much better. Picking a metal frame is a better idea.

Bought 2 pairs of glasses and some really cool sunglasses from this location. The service was amazing! The selection was phenomenal! Convenient because an optometrist on site to do my eye exam. The exam was really educational because I got an advanced exam. They checked for diseases and took a photo of my retina and I got to see my eye veins. He was also friendly and professional. Thank you Dr. Michael Ng and staff of Hakim optical at hurontario/dundas!????????????????

I bought classes from hakim the customer service is very bad and the lady nikolina was very rude the first classes I bought I couldn’t see in them so I went and changed them and the same thing happened then I ask them to do my perception from three years ago but now I can only see on one said and the other one is very bad then the lady requested money from me to exchange them when she new the glasses weren’t good so try any hakim but this one

I had a great experience at this store I went there last week to look and select new pair of glasses as my old glasses were no good. My first time to purchase at Hakim Optical and very impressed with the two ladies who helped me all the way to picked my new pairs. Excellent customer service and highly recommend.

The prices are high for the frames that they sell. They don't have a wide variety of frames either. They have good and bad staff. However their customer service overall was bad. I was unfortunate enough to experience two instances of bad customer service. They also don't pickup their phones.

I bought two pairs from this store. Grace was very attentive to exactly what type of frames I was looking for. She went out of her way to look for a few frames that met my selection. She was truly helpful and was not just trying to make a sale. I had my eye exam here too, Dr. Michael did a comprehensive eye exam, did not rush, explained in detail the results of my exam, even wrote a note for my doctor. Great place, I highly recommend!

I went to Hakim optical recently with my girlfriend to find a new pair of glasses for her. Staff at hurontario and dundas location were very helpful. Nikolina,Amie,Grace,Sunderpreet whole staff is very nice. They have wide range of eyeglass collection and good discounts too. My girlfriend ended up buying 2 pairs from Hakim optical and I would definately recommend this location .

The customer service provided by from Grace and Nikolina is outstanding. They provide excellent styling advice, they are patient and personable. They give you time to browse without pressuring you to make a selection. I have been a return customer for over 10 years and was most disappointed when they were no longer at the Heartland location. Once I learned of their new location I made my way there. My entire family shops only with these two ladies. They are an excellent example of service and should be recognized.

On a Wednesday evening I went into this store to look around. A man came up to me asking if I needed help. I told him I was just browsing. He continued to help me anyways. As he’s picking these frames for me he asked if I had prescription which I said yes. By this time I had 3 pairs of glasses I liked. Then he asked me if I had insurance. I told him I was on disability. He told me that the 2 for 1 does not apply to me and went to sit back down with his coworkers. I was so humiliated! There was nobody in the store but the staff. I do not recommend this place. I actually use to get my eye exams done there as well ... no longer going back. All thanks to the most horrible experience I ever had.

I went into this Hakim Optical location about two weeks. Nikolina, the optician was very professional and communicated great customer service skills. There was a great variety of frames to choose from and both Nikolina and Grace helped me a lot in choosing a style that suits my face. I didn’t feel like the advice or suggestions being given to me were forced or rushed. All-in-all I had a positive experience and would gladly recomment this location.

This is our second experience with Hakim Optical service 3024 Hurontarion ST. Nikolina has been exceptional in her service to us and all the staff Grace and Simran as well. There is always an excellent selection of current, quality frames at competitive prices. I cannot stress strongly enough how impressed our family has been with the service and care we always receive. Nikolina is not just interested in selling you a frame; She truly is honest in her help and suggestions for finding frames that look good on the person. She is knowledgeable, helpful and pays great attention to detail when adjusting the frames. Best of all is the warm friendly manner in which the service is provided. Cost too much and Worse quality of frames... On top of that if frame is broken then it is not available.. I came for frame replacement as it was broken, the frame was not available and they said they can not arrange it. I ask if any other frame where glasses can fit for this broken frame. They have none.. however they said they can fit in another frame by making lens smaller in size.. I said ok.. when I saw frame it was a garbage and cost of frame after 30% discount was 114 dollar.. wondering ,how these guys are cheating customer. I will never ever buy glasses from Hakim shop.

I had the pleasure of visiting Hakim Optical located at Hurontario. I must say it was one of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I was greeted very nicely by staff and were very understanding. I wasn’t rushed to make a selection and Nikolina the optician helped me go through the frames I liked. The other employees Grace and Amie were also very helpful and got me my glasses very quickly. I ended up buying a set of glasses and I haven’t had any problems yet. Overall the staff was great and I would definitely go back.

This time it was one of the most pleasant customer experiences in my years going to this location on hwy 5&10 (third time in the last 6 years). The optometrist (Christina) was amazing and she knows what she is doing and helpful. The staff (Nikolina, Grace and Simran) in the optical area are very helpful and accommodating. I went to this location to do an eye exam and purchase glasses. Since it was my first time I was very impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Grace and Nikolina. Both ladies followed the Pandemic Protocols very carefully. They both maintained a distance and listened to what I needed very carefully and gave very good suggestions to help me get exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a optical. They did not make me feel rushed so they can look after the next customer which I think was very thoughtful of them as well. These ladies definitely know how to run the show in a safe and polite manner and are very welcoming! Cannot wait to go back next yea!!
