Condescending and rude staff. Stopped by since our usual optical was closed. The man inside looked confused when we walked in and just asked us if we've been there before, to which the answer was no. Promptly just answered "well, you need an appointment" and went right back to helping the customer that was there. Didn't even ask if we wanted to book one or not (or how to), but obviously I was not interested in doing so after that. If it was even evident on their site that the optical is appointment only then I would understand, but it wasn't. To treat potential new clients coldly is not a good move.
