Zaf, Jennie, and team are incredible. They carry truly unique styles and take their time with you to find something that fits you personally. My family have all been buying glasses and contacts here for years and I would never think of going anywhere else. I've managed to mangle multiple frames over the years and Zaf has always taken the time to very patiently straighten them back out and now knows to point me towards his most durable styles.

I’ve been going to Delta Optical since 1998/9 and I would never consider going anywhere else. Zaf, Jenny and team have always gone over and beyond helping me with my choices and fitting me in pair after pair of memorable specs, be it sunnies or prescription. Once a customer at Delta, you become a friend and part of a family. So if you’re in the market for glasses that stand out and are different, Delta is your spot. PS. I no longer live in the vicinity of the store but I gladly trek out there just for them. They are totally worth it!!!!

My family has been getting their eyeglasses from Delta Optical for more than a decade. Never understood why it was so great till I purchased eyeglasses from their myself. Their customer service is none like no other eyeglass retailer I've received before, it is a stress free experience! They devoted their full attention and time to help me find the right pair of glasses that suited me. The store is very aesthetically please and complements the arrangement of glasses they offered quite well. The store does not overwhelmed with an abundance eye wear (compared to Hakim Optical) but offers a good variety that you can pick something that is unique just for you (compared to Bonlook, Warby Parker). The glasses are relatively more expensive than other retailers; however, you are paying for the craftsmanship and materials, NOT THE BRAND NAME. Delta Optical are not there just to make a sale and they won't leave you high and dry after. They truly care about their customers and the products they sell and want to truly build a lasting relationship with their customers. I even get Christmas cards from them. I can't imagine myself buying my glasses anywhere else.

Love going to Delta for my glasses! Zaf is amazing and has a passion for glasses. He has a really good eye and great fashion sense. I can always trust Zaf's recommendation. He knows just exactly what suits me, and I always end up going home with his recommendation. And the styles carried in this store is so unique, it's not your regular optical store. I already own 4 pairs of glasses from them, and that's not including the countless pairs my husband had purchased from them! Look forward to my 5th pair!!

By far the best optical store experience i had, not only they were able to get me the framless glasses i wanted (other stores told me they can't because of my high prescription) but months later i bought them they were still able to change my lenses (their size was too big) for free, i will definitely get my next glasses from them.

In my experience, this is the first store in North America refusing to fix the tiny eyeglasses screw. I had a pair of glasses purchased somewhere else. One lens dropped off as the tiny screw loosed. I went to Delta Optical at Square One for help because the excellent google reviews. The lady at Delta Optical friendly but firmly insisted that only the glasses purchased from their store can be taken care of. So I left and went to another optical store downstairs. The other store not only fixed glasses, but also gave me a tiny beautiful screw driver for free so that I can fix the screws myself in the future. Next time I need a new pair of glasses, guess which store I will go.

I strongly suggest asking for assistant when choosing the glasses, the staff knows what fits you the best and you will get an opportunity to try many pairs of glasses selected by the staff based on their extensive experience and fashion sense. Every time I made a purchase at Delta I was confident I bought exactly the glasses I wanted, and because of this I will always go to Delta for their service and unique& beautiful products.
