I would rate him 6/5 stars for his exemplary service that the owner provided tonight.I had a pair of reading glasses that were broken right in the middle and he offered to fix it but couldn't guarantee how long it would stay in that form. Long story short, I ended up spending half the amount that i would spend otherwise at other specialty stores for Hugo Boss. Came in with a smile, came out as a lifetime supporter of Amazing Optical

Went in and started trying on glasses. No hello. Another woman was also waiting sitting in a chair while the sales person was speaking to other people in another language. Very small selection. Just left.

I sat on my sunglasses like a mess. Amazing optical actually fixed and size them to my face while I was there. I also purchased a pair of polarized sunglasses for when I go fished and my mom loved them. 10/10 would recommend this company. I love them.

I came here on the weekend after reading a bunch of reviews and even getting a business card from my optometrist. I will tell you it wasn't what I expected. The customer service that I recieved was next to none. The gentlemen working there gave me one frame and asked if I wanted that one showed me other colors it comes with online and that was all and this was after me asking for help and saying I heard good things about them. I left with nothing.

Mr. Tam is very flexible in terms of price. Every time of our visit, there were at least 3-4 customers waiting for him in the store, but he would say hi to every customer and apologize for not being able to serve someone right away. Other than selling glasses, he also do free repairs for our glasses such as replacing some screw or nose pad. I have to say, his daughter these years has been very helpful too. Professional 5 star services from Mr. Tam and his daughter.

My whole family has been coming here for 10+ years and have never once experienced anything but the most incredible service. Their selection is huge and the styles cater to everyone, but specifically great for Asians who need custom work like installing a nose pad. Owner is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and looks out for you in every way. I can't recommend the place enough. They provide service that you just don't get anywhere else!!

I'm a senior and and my reading glasses lost a small nut on one of the arms. I went to Walmart at the Collegeway and Erin Mills. All I needed was to purchase a small nut to fix them. The lady in the store asked me a question, "Did you buy the glasses here? to which I replied "No" and she said she couldn't help me. She had no interest in helping me whatsoever. I went to Amazing Optical and was greeted by the owner. He was extremely hospitable and asked what he could do to help me. I explained and he said please have a seat. He went into the back and brought back a couple of containers with parts in them. He proceeded and located the exact nut that would fix my glasses. We spoke and he was very accommodating. He fixed my glasses and also replaced the nose pieces and straightened them out. I asked him how much....... He said "nothing".... He said "NOTHING!" I tried to give him some money and he emphatically refused. To find an individual like this man is a rare thing. He understands that what he did , I will never forget. If I ever need new glasses or any of my friends need glasses, he will be getting the business. I applaud you for being a giving and understanding human being who still cares and is not jaded. To top it off he asked me to hold on a moment and went to the back and gave me a very nice glass cleaning kit. This was too much! I gave him a hug and thanked him profusely. It's truly amazing to associate with this optical. The store may not be extravagant and showy but the staff is very friendly and super helpful. They are not money hungry and will not sell you frames and lenses that you don't need. They are very flexible and willing to go the extra mile to make you, the customer happy. I have dealt with them for my whole family and ended up purchasing 2 pairs of glasses for each. We are very pleased and will continue to visit them if and when there is a need and will also recommend and refer family and friends. I thought I needed my glasses, either seriously repaired, or replaced (as per another optician). My glasses were repaired free of charge right in front of me. What an experience! A small little shop within a plaza that is ran by someone who actually LIKES to help people. I insisted on paying, but he would not hear it. He reminded me of the locksmith in the movie The Matrix. Almost science fiction. Will I go there to get my new pair of glasses when the time comes ? Absolutely ! Without a doubt. He is a skilled optician, and a true gentle soul. I wish there were more people like him in business.

the staff is very helpful and they'll explain to you what lens are good / fix for you and why. They'll get your glasses fast. They even suggest you to come back and follow up after you get your glasses after 3 months! It's usually busy on the weekend, it'll be great if you visit on the weekday.

Even during the pandemic, the wait time until an appointment is short comparing to other stores. This guy is a scammer !! I was going to lens crafters and my biggest mistake was to stop at this store on my way to lens crafters. I regret it big time .... he gave me a counterfeit rayban. I messaged rayban and showed them the frame and they said return it and get an original one. I went back to the store and the guy says it’s an error in production that’s why the ray ban logo was not printed properly. He took my frame and gave me another scratched one. I said I paid the full price I don’t need a scratched frame. He asked me to wait. The whole process took a month. At the end he asked me to order the frame from rayban and he’ll install it. It was just a mess Trust me...Avoid this store and this guy ! C Tam if you are reading this you’re a crook... Seriously !! Worst service ever.

My wife and I came in to have her frames replaced as they were damaged beyond repair. The store was very busy but staff acknowledged us in a timely manner and Clarence was quick and professional is replacing the frames. Definitely will be back!

Before paying the service is good, but once you pay, they become so rude. I called them to see if they had my glasses ready and they just said they were busy and they will call me back, three hours later the same answer. It looks like they don't have a minute to verify it. Very disappointed.

Went here to buy contacts. The staff was incredibly helpful and gave expert advice. They made sure my order was correct and went above and beyond what I expected in terms of customer service. Excellent service. The owner is not a money conscious man. He believes in giving quality and a fair service. I went there to check out frames because of all the reviews I saw online. Lo and behold, those reviews actually understated the worth of this store. The owner( don't know his name), helped to fix my old glass frames for free, tightened the nuts even without forcing me to buy new ones from him. And after I decided to purchase some new frames, he and his staff gave me alot of options to choose from. They explained the differences in pricing and the service was fast. I received my new glasses in 2days. Even with the Covid situation, they are safety conscious and still very efficient. Plus I got free lens cleaners from him. I'm definitely a satisfied customer. I've been going to Amazing Optical for the past 10+ years for all my optical needs (glasses, sunglasses, and contacts). What keeps me coming back is the outstanding customer service provided by Clarence and his staff. Recently, I paid them a visit to get a new pair of glasses. They let me try on as many frames as I wanted and never made me feel rushed. After I finally decided on a pair, Clarence sat me down to sort my business out while his staff diligently cleaned/sanitized all the other frames I had tried on. Today I picked up my glasses and after they meticulously adjusted them to fit my face, I'm so pleased with my comfortable and stylish* new specs. (*especially important during these mask-wearing times)
