if i could give less than one star, i would. I have never experienced worse customer service than this place! It started with my glasses which were on back order. i was told they would come in within a few weeks. No Problem. kept checking back every few weeks for 2 months with the same excuse "they will be in in two weeks". Finally got frustrated and settled with a different pair. The real issue was when my wifes prescription changed and she needed new lenses. left her glasses with the "professionals" here and they broke her glasses!! they refuse to replace or fix them. instead they wanted us to replace them at our own cost!! i couldn't believe it. A refund on the new lenses was all they would do to fix the situation. Im still so beside myself on how poorly they handle themselves there. Ive never dealt with worse service in my life.

Dealt with optics international for well over 10 years great staff never no problems go for exam today and they wont except my insurance glad to see they work with all insurances according to web page such b.s. and disappointing always enjoyed dealing with them

I came here for an updated prescription as my current prescription was becoming outdated. When i received my new prescription my eyes have apparently improved from -3.50 and -3.25 to -3.00 in both eyes. When it came to order new contact lenses I decided to get another opinion from a different optometrist and learned that my eyes had actually gone to -3.75 and -3.50. They wrote me a bad prescription and since i did not order contacts directly through them I am out the money for another eye exam.
