Purchased new glasses costing 750.00. First I got very bad sores on bridge of nose. Went back and they added different nose pads and adjusted them nose is still sore also one ear is also sore from ear piece. Will never go back to this place.

Purchashed a 500.00 pair of Prada glasses got home only to find they had given me a dirty old used Truro case to put them in.I wonder what Prada will think of that.Of course the real Question is who got the brand name Prada case they came with because it wasnt me.I also had my son there ,the staff couldnt find his file.They were very rude and when I left the room they continue this behavior questioning my son as to wether I was even his mother suggesting that I must be his grandmother.To make matters worse when Dr. Mackenzie was finished my sons exam his gave his evaluation in the waiting room .A clear violation of patient confidentiality.Overall a very unpleasent expérience.No I would not recommend this eye care facility to anyone

I am always so pleased with the service I receive at Mackenzie Eye Care. Dr. Mackenzie has an excellent manner with my children and they feel very comfortable during the examination with him. I give the entire staff there a five star rating as I've never experienced anything but that level of service. I also really appreciate how involved this location is in our community. I've had the ability to purchase a couple pairs of glasses in silent auctions and I love that I get stylish sunnies while supporting non-profits in our community.

I have been taking my 4 year old and 2 year old here for over a year. The ladies at reception are always so helpful and happy. Debbie is fantastic and thoughtful, and will check on my son's glasses often. Dr. Mackensie is great, my boys love seeing their "eye doctor." They have all been patient and kind when it comes to my energetic boys. Overall, I have always felt comfortable there. Keep up the great work!

Would highly recommend Dr MacKenzie and his entire optical team! He is very knowledgeable, kind and always thorough. Our whole family have been patients of his for over 12 years. The best glasses selection and staff in the city! Dr MacKenzie and his entire office went above and beyond during the pandemic and that alone speaks to how important his patients and the community are to him!

Never, ever on time like their patients time means nothing to them. I'm out of patience (pun intended) with this clinic. If you book for 9:30, no need to show up until 10:15 or later because you'll be waiting at least 45 minutes after your scheduled time. I have no idea how they get so far behind, but it's ridiculous. It's not just once in a while, it's been every time we've had to go. Time to find a new eye doctor. One that values their clients' time a little more.
