Best customer service! I received a proper recommendation on what contact lenses are best for my life style and perscription. I have worn contact lenses for year but with the contacts they recommended I have not seen this clear in years. It actually took my brain a few minutes to adjust to seeing the way you are suppose to. I feel so confident that these experts know what to recommend and why and fully educate you on how to keep your eyes healthy. I have become a life long customer!

Good place, Kara is a super nice and cool person, although when I went to get my pupils dilated the a different lady pinned down and gave me a look of anger. She told me to toughen up and stop being a panzy. I guess its ok since it's my mom.

I wouldnt recomend using this business to anybody. after my exam i was tild i could pick up my glasses in 1 week. after 3 weeks i called and a staff informed me she had not sent out order until this day. it was 1 month before my glasses were ready. when i did pick them up i was tild i had to wait evn longer. WOW.

I bought all my glasses from.dr browns uptown. Paying 850$ plus a pair and they would not warranty them when they got scratches on them, went to 20/20 vision and the ladie working on March 11/ 21 was so helpful with the Ray bans my wife bought I ended up getting a new pair of Costas perception, all my family business will go their for now on.. such great prices and huge selection of name brands.. best place for eyes in saint john n.b

I have been going to a competitor in Medicine Hat for 15 years and finally decided to check out 20/20 as I felt I was overpaying too much. Jim immediately took care of me and helped me pick out a great set of frames and explained every detail of thinning lens' and where the costs came from. I got about 50% off what i was paying the corporate competitor and got my new glasses within days. I am so satisfied with the service I received from 20/20 and have been referring them to friends and family like crazy. Jim and the team at 20/20 have earned a long time client in myself and hopefully more long term clients by word of mouth!

I suffer migraine headaches and simply can not visit that store again until the lime green is gone; it's everywhere. The colour combined with the lighting left me with a 3-day headache. There are multiple stores in the city whom offer similar selections and warranty options.

Not bad but isnt the great either. Been with a few years was good initially. Adding after your comment: i have always being honest with my review on business i have dealt with. I have been with you guys over 4 years and i totally loved the way you treated people. Very recently i have seen or experienced some sorts (lack of that same care) of dissatisfaction and i do not want to be specific as it is a public opinion. When a place above and more excellent shows that kind of very silly but out of usual deals, it will be easily felt by the customers. I have to edit the rating to 4 now as you took it seriously and was able to communicate back to the customer. One review wont make any difference but one dissatisfied customer can. Thanks

My husband waited 3 weeks to receive his glasses that were initially indicated to take 3 business days (within the week of ordering them). This was never acknowledged by staff, and was not communicated. A call had to be placed to them only to find out the glasses had finally arrived. While he was being fitted for his new glasses (three weeks later), the woman fitting his glasses made comments about him within earshot to coworkers that breached client confidentiality.

I cannot say enough good things about 20/20 Vision Care! From the optometrists to Jim and his service team. Dr. Hyde was incredible with our 2 year old son. He was very patient and understanding, helping my son warm up to him right away! All the front staff are also very helpful. They went above and beyond finding the perfect pair of frames to fit my 2 year old. I recommend 20/20 Vision Care to everyone I know!

Went in a week ago and had my exam with Dr. Cory McClung and he was fantastic. Super nice and very personable! They told me it would take a week to ten days to get my prescription lenses for my regular frames and sunglasses frames..it was two days shy of one week when I got the call they came in! Everyone is so friendly and helpful!! I have been coming here since I was a child and I will never go anywhere else! Will definitely recommend a friend.

The staff is always friendly, considerate, and helpful. Excellent follow-up service. When I had an issue with my lens, it was replaced promptly at no cost, without my warranty being effected, manufacturer defect. I'm so thankful for the recommendation to go to 20/20 Vision Care.

The problem being is the reception staff, I came in 10 minutes early for a booked appointment, ended up waiting just over an hour. 3 people who had their appointment later than mine, ended up going ahead of me. Prepare to remind reception that they're at their job and should be doing it.

The staff can't keep records up to date and call the wrong numbers to confirm appointments. Show up 10-15 minutes before my appointment rimr just to sit for half an hour adter my appointment time. They aren't staying competitive in pricing.

When my family and I go to 20/20 Vision Care we always have a great experience. The doctors are very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. When it comes to glasses, the staff are super helpful! They not only do a great job helping us find glasses we like, but they're also amazing wizards at fixing our bent and broken glasses when we bring them in.

I went to the store to get a pair of safety glasses which was made on time but had headache associated with the new pair. 2020 would not offer to fix or help, they gave me a run around and asked me to come see them later. Finally i got hold of their boss and she replaced it 2 months later. 1 star is fair representation of their service as they wasted a lot of my time. They are more interested in knowing your mailing address and what you do than helping you with your problem
