My daughter had an eye appointment for her first time and the Dr was very kind and helpful and we only waited 10 minutes past the appointment time. Because of this we decided to arrange an appointment for my partner. We booked far in advance Like more than 2 months and he arrived and ended up waiting 45 minutes past his appointment time with no apology nor explanation. He ended up leaving because he had other appointment to attend to. This is unacceptable and we will NOT return. It is not like it was a emergency hospital or a walk in clinic. We made the appointment far in advance and got to empathy or understanding while there.

I was referred by my doctor for an exam. I saw Dr.Menon she was nice and explained everything to me before doing it. The other staff were amazing also. Since covid-19 they had to close like everything else so I wasn't going to be able to order me glasses, Dr.Recksiedler went in one day so I could go in to order them then when they arrived there she delivered them to me . They really care about there customers and it shows. Both my mother and daughter have gone since they have been able to reopen are were also very pleased with their experience.

If you are looking for a great place to get your eyes check , This is the Place! Dr. Janelle Driedger was the one who checked my eyes and she is incredibly nice and sweet, she will explain everything and will answer all your concerns. I heard so many good things about Dr. Carmen Recksiedler too. You will be approach by two beautiful and ever friendly ladies who will welcome you with a big smile Sarah Hildebrand and Gabi Verspeek. Then the most professional licensed ophthalmic optician Carla Chubaty who will make your choices with frames so much easier.Carla will help you find that perfect frame, adjust your spectacles or tackle any frame repair. Over all this place is very friendly and a nice place to get your eyes check and get your eye glasses. I took the picture of myself with my new eye glasses so you guys know I am not faking that I was really happy with such excellent services. A Big Thank You Visual Eyes Optometry! and I highly recommend them.

I and my daughter went there to see Dr. Kristine Massicotte today. This is our first visit. Dr. Kristine is very knowledgeable, and she spent nearly two hours for us. Checked our eyes very well and provided suggestion, and advice. She was never in any rush. A great place with an expert doctor.

Dr. Carmen Recksiedler is outstanding. She is thorough, compassionate, kind, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your eyes have the best care. I have been a patient of hers for many years and my whole family are also patients of hers. Going to see her is so much fun, the conversations and the care.....what more could one ask for? She is such a genuine person whose aura just makes you feel so at ease. Her staff is amazing as well and make you feel well cared for. Dr. Reckseidler sets the bar extremely high and sets a great example to all of us, especially children on the reality of doing something you are passionate about. She does it with poise, joy and something special that just lights up her whole being. It is really awesome to work with someone so wonderful and awesome.

Dr. Carmen Recksiedler is a wonderful, professional, and compassionate optometrist. My mother and grandmother also have been her patients/clients for years and we have never had a problem. Personally, I think she is a great role model for young women everywhere. The staff are also very professional and helpful (could not ask for better). Overall great customer service and quality care, you may have to wait sometimes to get in, but it's worth it for the quality of service.

I learned my patient file had been transfered without my permission to this store yet I have never seen an eye Dr there. To get it returned will cost me. Apparently patients dont have rights. Terrible...

Very Happy! I left the dreary old Winnipeg Clinic and the grumpy old optician there to follow the doctor to her new office and I must say WELL WORTH IT! I can see why she moved to the Manitoba Clinic. Bright clean optical with great staff!
