Thorough eye exams which is good! Great selections of sunglasses! They could work on their customer service though. Glasses bought for my kid was defective when I received it and informed the staff right away. Was told that repair was not covered and that I had to pay for it. Went with Costco Opticals from then on.

The optometrist was great with my eye exam. However, after my exam was finished I started looking for eyeglasses. I had zero help with finding the right pair of glasses and spent about 45 minutes looking at their great selection of glasses. The receptionist or technician did not explain to me their procedures as to trying on glasses until afterwards, she quickly explained. I spent almost an hour looking at glasses until I found a few pairs I was happy with. I proceeded to ask her a few questions in regards to the pairs and at that time she told me I had no coverage through my insurance. It made me rather upset that she waited that long to tell me. The next day I looked at the paper she provided and at my benefits card and the numbers did not match. I checked with my insurance and I do in fact have coverage and my insurance info was entered wrong. I recommend this place for eye exams as I was satisfied with that but selecting glasses wasn't a great experience.

First visit there for an eye exam, all the staff there are friendly and very helpful. The staff was patient and helped me find, eye glasses that would suit me. They have variety of eye glasses/ sunglasses to choose from.

Probably the best optical shop in Winnipeg! I have a great time finding my eyeglasses that suits me, staff are devoted to great service and safety. They are friendly and the doctor is amazing, he can speak Filipino, lol! They have modern and a variety of selections. I’m happy with the eyeglasses that I chose. I highly recommend this shop. ????

The staff who assisted me was patient and friendly however the doctor was rude and standoffish. It seems like he couldn’t wait to go home! Not getting my eyes checked here again. On a positive note, they do have some nice variety of glasses. Update: Got a personal email from the doctor and it was not a friendly one. Good luck.
