I wasn't really looking forward to choosing a new pair of glasses, but the assistance and attention I got at Oakley turned the experience into a pleasure, and I left with two pairs of glasses that I get complemented on all the time!

Found Bruce and staff at Kenaston store to be awesome sales associates and especially willing to provide knowledgable service. Friendly and competent staff willing to go the extra steps in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommended five stars.

Went in to get my eyes checked and told the optometrist I was interested in trying contacts; she let me know that for first time contact wearers I would have to book a “training session” to learn how to put them in and take them out. She mentioned that they weren’t currently scheduling training sessions due to COVID, but insisted it was great timing because when my contacts were in they would have the green light to schedule them. Fast forward to almost a month later-I still hadn’t heard anything so I decided to give them a call....apparently my contacts had arrived weeks ago but nobody called to let me know, and when I asked about booking a training session they said I would have to wait two months for an appointment.....I understand a global pandemic can seriously effect the way a business operates, however, some transparency would have been appreciated. If I didn’t reach out, it is likely that nobody would have ever called to let me know my contacts were in. Maybe if the girls at the counter weren’t gossiping so much they would be more proactive when it comes to contacting customers....Either way, save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
