I bought my first pair of glasses from NV and was very impressed with their selection of fashionable and discrete eyewear. Dr. Shelton is very good at what she does, and is great with kids for eye exams. NV is in a perfect location and every time I've stopped by there have been plenty of parking spaces available. I highly encourage you to visit NV if you are in need of an eye exam or some new glasses!

I had a fantastic experience at NV eyewear. Everything felt safe and sanitary, plus there was an area where you could try on your top picks while unmasked. Cambria was such a help in selecting my frames - she offered support in making the final decision, was knowledgeable about details for each of the brands that they carry, and explained the different lens options and recommendations to me. My glasses were ready in one week, and they were able to direct bill to my insurance company. I would highly recommend NV to anyone who is looking for frame that are unique and interesting!

Dr. Shelton is an excellent eye doctor with an awesome personality. I have never met such a dedicated, professional & most importantly very caring eye doctor in my life before. I had a very pleasant experience and now my world looks at its best version after meeting with her to be honest.I would definitely recommend her. Clair is more than just a administrative assistant / receptionist there actually. I am amazed by her service as she is very smart and dedicated at her job. No matter how confused you are about choosing or ordering your eye glass, insurance, billing or related stuff...you can always depend on her. The collections of eye glasses are not too many but I must they are very classy or let's say elegant. Overall, it was great visiting NV eye care.

Dr. Shelton is nothing short of phenomenal. Every time I see her I find I'm laughing from the beginning to the end of my appointment cause she has such a great sense of humour. As well, she is so competent, doing things and catching stuff that no other eye doctor has in 15 years. I recommend her highly!

Dr. Nadine was very professional and thorough during my eye exam. My 10 year old son also had his eyes examined by her and she was great with him as well. We both had a great experience and will be coming back for our next exam. She and the rest of the staff were also very helpful as I chose a pair of new glasses for the first time in over 10 years. My eyes have changed a lot and they really helped me understand what to expect with my new progressive prescription. They helped me pick out a great pair of frames, too. I've picked up the glasses and have been wearing them for about a week now. I've received nothing but compliments! The progressives are taking a bit of getting used to, but that is to be expected apparently. All in all a great experience with Nadine and staff at NV!!! Thanks a lot!

I was in Winnipeg visiting friends when I broke my glasses. At the same time I was having issues with my right eye. Didn't want to get new glasses until this was figured out. Dr. Nadine Shelton was able to see me without an appointment and she determined I had the wrong lens on the right side of my original glasses. Long story short - she was able to get me the new prescription and the amazing service at NV had me set up with new glasses before my flight at the end of the week. NV has the best styles at really great prices. Highly recommend checking them out.

Small selection of frames and not that many brands. I was disappointed because other reviews had mentioned good service but they directly recommended the expensive essilor lenses for me without explaining the other options of lenses to choose from. The lenses then took 2 weeks to come in and were extremely uncomfortable. They were able to switch my lenses to another one (but limited to the same brand) at a small cost. I wish they had gone over the different options at the beginning so I didn't have to wait for a month to get glasses that worked for me.
