Good product I got two sets of glasses high end trifocals auto dimming lens made in Germany for a total price of 800.00 tax included. I was quoted 890.00 for a single pair at most of the other outlets I went to, Excellent value.

If I could give a zero I would. Terrible customer service, the lady who answers the phone is rude and brushes off your concerns. she is either a racist or just plain lazy because she never took my concerns seriously. the glasses she made for me are not even the right prescription, I have to lower my glasses on my nose in order to see clearly. they do not do any refunds and they have no warranties ( the lady that answered the phone said they do not warranty glasses unless the prescription changes within a month of purchase.) I do not recommend this place at all. poor service, horrible quality of glasses Failed as a service provider for Eyewear waste of 800 bucks of my money for ugly glasses that don't even have the correct prescription. best to go somewhere else where you are valued as a customer

If I could give zero stars.... I would Was told to check this place out for glasses. Big joke and never spending anymore of my money here. Both pairs of my husband's glasses broke within a couple months. The first pair they repaired but told him his year long warranty was no longer in effect after this for either of our glasses. Mine both broke within the first 7 months. One pair the lens pops out and I'm constantly having to put it back in, and the other, the lens pops out and my left arm broke. I suggest going someplace else.... a place that knows what warranty and quality product actually means.

This is by far my worst experience at any place I have been to. I was new to lenses and went there for consultation. The staff was extremely vulnerable and as per my requirement, Hazel or amber coloured lens were out of stock and to my surprise the person there offered me a lens for one eye. At first, I was surprised about this weird offer that why would anybody be buying a lens for single eye. Afterwards, they said if I need to buy then I have to order full set of 6 lenses of same colour.As I was not ready for it being new to lens so, I denied and said if any of these two colours will be in stock I will buy a pair . I inquired for three weeks and then they confirmed that it is available and when I asked for a pair they again started rudely offering me 6 pairs. The point is not about one or 6 pairs but the kind of behaviour I have been to is really disgusting. I had been transferred to 4 different persons over phone to conclude nothing. The weeks I wasted waiting for them aside I would highly recommend not visiting this place.
