My new glasses were blurry. I had to go for a eye recheck. I had a completely different prescription the second time. I noticed the Dr on his phone the whole time I was getting my eyes checked. Probably why my other prescription was wrong. Be a little bit more professional and put your phone away.

I would not recommend going here. Several years ago I went to the eye doctor at this location and they were great to deal with, since then Lens Crafters has changed the eye doctor they associate with and they now recommend Dr. Jamora. I wanted to use the my old eye doctor but couldn't remember their name and Dr Jamora was now in their old location so I figured i'd try them out. I'm not sure whether they lack the proper skills or equipment to perform a proper exam, but the prescription I didn't come close to reflecting reality. This worried me but my concerns were brushed off, I proceeded to get fitted for new contacts. I brought in some of my current contacts so we had a good starting point for ordering new ones. The doctor ignored my current contact prescription and used his inaccurate prescription instead. As I expected the contacts had to get reordered several times before the right contact prescription was selected, and big surprise, it was the same as my existing contacts. Next came ordering, the price seemed pretty high, but since my existing contacts were no longer manufactured I went with a different brand so I expected the price to be different. After I got my contacts I did some shopping around and found the exact same contacts for less than half the price at another retailer, LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE. I will never go back to this eye doctor, and luckily I found an old prescription for my old eye doctor so I can go to them next time I require an exam. This experience has also left me leary of going to Lens Crafters as they are endorsing this terrible eye doctor. After writing this I now see this eye doctor has a bunch of reviews under the Lens Crafters review section, clearly they don't have any happy customers.

WORST customer service ever. I've been going to this location for a couple years now. ALL my appointments were NEVER on time. They would schedule me for a certain time and I would end up waiting for at least 30 minutes. Today however was the worst. My appointment was scheduled at 5:30 pm for contact lens fitting. 6:20 pm and I was still waiting. I was the last customer waiting. But then A couple came in and waited for about 5 minutes. THEY GOT CALLED IN FIRST. I was so mad that I just returned my contact lenses. The lady who was in the room said "sorry the doctor is just running a little bit late". You call that a little bit late? ONE HOUR OF WAITING AND YOU CONSIDER THAT A LITTLE? 10 or 15 minutes would have been fine. But 1 hour? You set an appointment at a certain time, YOU SHOULD FOLLOW THAT TIME. YOUR CUSTOMERS MAKE AN EFFORT to be there ON TIME. YOU SHOULD RESPECT THEIR TIME. I'm pretty sure the doctors know how long approximately an eye exam will take, so they should know when appointments should be set. Will never go to this location ever again.

My schedule is so hectic that when I was overdue for my check-up I made a spur of the moment decision to just drop in. Everyone was most accommodating and I was able to get a fast and thorough check-up. Their close proximity to Lencrafters is another bonus. I would recommend Dr. Jamora and Associates to anyone.

Dr Ehsaei spent about 5 minutes with me, looked at my eyes and showed me letters through 2 lenses (didn't have me read anything), and gave me a prescription for the lens I told him was better, even though it wasn't fully clear. Least thorough eye exam I've ever had.

I explained some concerns I had with my vision. The Doctor simply nodded and made no comments. I was concerned with loss of site at random times and about 30 seconds to a minute long , constant headaches when I work at three screens all day. my vision at night is getting worse when I am driving and my blue light glasses are no longer helping me with heachaches. I feel my concerns should have been discussed even to the point where the doctor could have mentioned if any of my concerns would come into play with my vision or if its in another area. He made no comments at all and simply nodded and continued with the eye exam so when I left the eye exam I still have the same concerns that I went there with - unsure if my new prescription will help or not.

First time client with the covid pandemic season its really hard for every body good for his clinic its open for everybody. went to this eye doctor in December, got new glasses in March found out it was the wrong prescription called them and covid had just hit so they were closed but informed me I could get a new prescription when I returned to winnipeg (I live in another province). However, with covid travel was restricted and they refused to give me a refund or suggest any other options. The doctor would not talk to me personally, he would only allow his assistants to talk with me who couldn't make decisions about what to do. After about two months of no answers and back and forth I went to another eye doctor and turns out my prescription was totally different. I contacted Dr. Jamora's assistants, sent in the new prescription with the changes to prove I wasn't just looking for a refund. But they still refused to help me in anyway other than insisted that I should have travelled during COVID even though there was travel restrictions. I left a few messages to get a response from them but they stopped contacting me. WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED.

2018-JULY: I booked an eye exam and it was good. I asked for contact lenses and I was told that I had to book that separate for $100.00 (as a deposit for purchase) 2018-AUGUST - The trial firing was good. One sample was perfect. It was examined to be acceptable. I placed an order but was rejected and told to use the trial pair for 30 days. I asked why and they said it’s their policy. I told them that because of my busy schedule it might be awhile before I can return. 3. 2019-January - Now that I’m in the Polo Park area I went in to place my order and I was told to sit down. A senior sales lady comes out and told me that it’s been almost six months passed and I needed to book another trial fitting ???? ... WTH? ... I objected and told her that I will order the one that fit perfect last time. $180 (6 pairs) - $60 = $120.00 later I’m out. She warned me that they are not responsible for ill fitting lenses because it’s been almost 6 months passed. I’m sitting here at the parking lot typing this to see IF they actually order the right ones ???? ... I smell some funny business here. The contact lenses purchase experience is something else at this optician’s office. You’re required to do multiple trips and it seems like they don’t value someone’s busy schedule.
