They Unprofessional and Unorganized at all.They have a sign on the front door says "Same Day an Eye Exam" which means, I can have an eye exam without an appointment .I went their and I waited for an hour ,they answered me "We have a lot of patients and no room for you"and they wasted my time.I will Never go there again .I don't recommend it.

My family and I have come here for years. As First Nation's, I always felt welcome in their place. The service has been good, and the staff were very helpful even when I was shy when I was younger. They've been a good help when deciding upon new glasses, as I am terribly near sighted so that has been a delightful experience.

Terrible service. Used to go here for the past 40 years. Now they can't even answer the phone and schedule an appointment.

Negative service.just a terrible experience. They lost my 295.00 payment after I gave them my confirmation number they said it meant nothing to them. They lack any professionallism in service, records, or ability to do their job or duty of answered the phone n making an appointment.my mom's glasses came back with an air bubble in it. And after I post this review I bet I won't get any further contact. So that's $295.00 I'll have to go through small claims court for. I'll fill you in, in a month if they at least tried to redeem themselves.

I tried making an appointment to see the optometrist and the lady who answered the phone asked me for my last name and I didn't hear her say "last" name so I gave her my first name, then I said that's my first name so I gave her my last name and she go mad and put me on hold then picked up the phone and hung up on me. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere

There is a "wave" in both my lenses but they don't see anything wrong with them. Got into an accident because objects move when I'm not looking directly at them. As a first nation I only got to pick from their "status" covered bins even though I had private insurance. On top that they seemed to have been more pricier than usual.

Most of my life has been busy,like most are. When i need go for eye exam or new eye wares i feel right relaxed ????????. P.s. the lady who is working there,i remember her as a child! So only good reviews here from me. It's exactly what make true awareness with transparency!!!!!! Thanks so much clinic optical for your many years of services,also im sure more to come. ????????

Horrible service. The "ladies" at the front refuse to fix or own up to their mistakes. They mixed up my name with someone else who has the same last name which made it look like I owed money from before and I wasn't able to get new glasses. They gave me 2 diff prescriptions from the same year and when I showed them in person to comfirm which one was correct, they ripped up one when I wasnt looking and told me they were the same which is a complete lie. Hope they don't do the same to others. Beware.

I've been a client of Clinic Optical for over 6 years. I recently over the past 3 weeks I've been trying to call to make an appointment with the optometrist and get a new pair of glasses. I found it quite concerning why the phone would never be answered considering how many times I have been calling during business hours as of via This Website. I finally got through a few minutes ago and someone picked up the phone and then just hung it up. I then came on this site once again to see the reviews. I'm grateful I had read what I did. I'm glad I didn't have the opportunity to schedule an appointment and experience what I have read.
