Great overall experience. My only concern - perhaps the question and answer session over the counter with the front desk staff asking medical/personal questions could be done elsewhere. No need for the whole of the store to hear your personal/family background. That left me feeling rather uncomfortable. PHIA!

Dr. Sarah Sung is phenomenal! Educates, explains and answers all your questions. Her staff are amazing and always eager to assist in everything from billing to pre-tests to picking out the right lenses. Highly professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Love these girls!

I love the staff that work there. They are very nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They take their job seriously and make sure you are 100% satisfied and comfortable with your purchase. They give you lots of time to decide and they aren't pushy. I definitely recommend them for your vision needs.

Dr. Sung was very professional and helpful during the eye exam and assessment, and Susan made sure I was comfortable the whole time trying on new pairs of glasses, and happy with my final choice.. Will definitely be returning for future checkups and glasses/contacts purchases in the future.

I had an appointment at 3:00pm on September 15th, due to heavy construction down main street i called in advance to let them know I might be a little late. The optometrist tells me she has to leave at 3:30pm. If I had been informed of this the day I made an appointment i would have rescheduled. Very unprofessional. I ordered a pair of work glasses and told her I needed them to be transition as I work outside in construction. I pick up my glasses and they are 100% not transition. In fact, she didn't even order them as such. I called to complain just for them to tell me I can bring them back but will have to pay for the difference. I'm not worried about the money, however, if everything was done properly and not rushed in the first place, i wouldnt have to write this review. I sent an email to the company, but have yet to hear a response. Very disappointed as the only reason I started coming here for the last few years is because of the positive reviews, but honestly there's always been an issue whenever i use their services.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had regarding my eye care. Dr. Sung is great and super knowledgeable and very professional without being too serious, and Susan is such a nice and friendly and helpful person who helped me pick absolutely perfect prescription safety glasses, as well as the coolest new pair of everyday glasses matching exactly what look I was going for, with the fit that suited my face and fit the bridge of my nose best. And they direct bill to my insurance provider!! Top notch and I’ll never go anywhere else!!

I normally hesitate to give a top box/5 Star rating but my experience today was fantastic. From the moment I came in the door I was well treated. All the folks here at the Winnipeg location were very accommodating. Answered my questions and steered me to a set of frames that I really liked once I gave them some of my preferences. The doc was very nice and went through the details of my eye exam with me. To top off the experience they were able to direct bill my insurance which helps with the cost and they say they can do that with most major insurance plans.

I called to see if they had availability within the week and they were able to take me in right away. Madisson and Dr.Sung were great! They were both incredibly patient with me despite being new to getting glasses and being overtired from a 17 hour shift. On top of that, they direct bill to both my insurances so I didn't need to deal with the paperwork involved with submitting the claim. I will only be going here from now on. :)

comprehensive, interactive (lots of informative advice about my eye care), wonderful selection, and the staff couldn't be friendlier, and more personable. i really missed my previous optometrist, but, not anymore! dr. sung is exellent! susan was great at picking out my frames -- she suggested another pair from the ones i always buy, and they look GREAT! my new one-stop glasses-shop! pay a little more, get it done right!
