I Love this place!! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. For myself, it was like walking into a second home, instant comfort. It literally feels like you have been going there for years and you had known everyone forever. As much as there is a definite sense of professionalism, it’s not the kinda stiff somewhat intimidating kind, it’s the fun relaxing comfortable kind and I appreciate this atmosphere and the team creating this very much. Without any hesitation, I would strongly recommend making your appointments here, you won’t be disappointed.

Very helpful and cooperating staff. Caring and knowledgeable eye doctor. Its sad to see their increasing workload due to Covid 19 (constant sanitizing, wiping etc.) but they are on top of it. I would have liked to see more choice and inventory of glass frames but not going to hold it against them for that.

I had to go pick up my contacts that I had ordered. I called to see what time they were open until and I said I would never make it there in time and would have to try another day. Just had our eyes tested and eveything was done so professionally. Due to the covid-19 they were only allowing so many people in and you had to put sanitizer on your hands and your temperature taken. Everything was wiped down after you were finished. The staff is excellent always very friendly and helpful. We have been going here for several years now and will continue to do so. All the staff we encountered were helpful and pleasant, but big shout outs go to Rose and Janet. My wife and I chose Anderson on Pembina because they had great reviews, and their staff live up to the hype. Their eye exams have a machine we have never seen before, and no, that’s not because we can’t see. Plenty of parking and fast to get to if your in the South of Winnipeg.

I went there to purchase lenses for my eyeglass frame. I asked for thin lenses, and they counted it and charged 144 CAD for those lenses. They told me, the lenses will a little thicker than demo lens (which is less than 2mm thickness). Since I'm mildly shortsighted (-2.25, -2.75), I thought the lenses woundn't be too thick. However, when I get the glass, the lenses are 5mm thick. I wore glasses about 10 years, all of them are semi-rimless, and none of my glass was thicker than 3mm. They told me it's due to the size of lenses, but I have an old glass at home that I already don't wear, which has similar lens size both in width and height, and is also a semi-rimless, also my eye sight didn't change much, even that glass is 2.5mm thick. They say 5mm is thin lens, and they can't make lenses even thinner due to my prescription (they can't make lenses thinner with -2.25, -2.75 prescription， can't imagine a vision care don't have various index lenses). Now, I have to wear a glass that makes me look like have high power, like at least -6.00.
