All the staff from start to finish are very friendly! The optometrists are very thorough, kind and knowledgeable- they really take their time with you, never rushed. They have a great selection of frames- even small sizes. I have a hard time finding frames to fit my face and I was able to find frames I fell in love with! The opticians were able to fit my glasses perfectly to me when I picked them up- I’ve never had that done before and it makes a huge difference! I’m very happy with the quality and the service.

This is the best eye care I have used their services for over 8 years right from eye exams to eye wear, when it came to cataract surgery they got me an appointment with one of the leading surgeons. I took my 92 year old aunt there they looked after her successfully till she passed at 92. Some of the best service I've had in Winnipeg. I'm from out of town originally and was looking for something that felt like my hometown optometrist. This location was recommended to me by my dad who had been to several optometrists and none helped him pass the eye test to keep his license. After some eye drops and careful examination his cataracts were discovered for the first time. So yeah, wait times can be a pain sometimes but it's worth it once you're in.

Even after moving out to St.James I still drive across town for all my eye care needs here. Great care from the all the staff, Jennifer on the desk, and Jackie who last time just came out from the back because she heard my voice. Always nice to catch up! Recently I just had my glasses break, they were replaced quickly under warranty. Great service from Cheryl to get my new frames ordered. Once the new frames were in, she fitted the new pair quickly during a short visit. She even replaced the nose pieces on not just my new pair, but my old spare as well. (Both pairs are from there) If you need a new optometrist, and enjoy fantastic and friendly service, call them for an appointment, you won't regret it!

I was recommended to 2020 by a co worker who doesn't even wear glasses, hah! I did however have a great experience. I'm bad with names but the lady who did my eye exam had a good sense of humor and picked up on a few things my old optometrist had missed. Was pleasantly surprised. I also decided to check out their selection of glasses. They have some nice frames I havnt seen else where and the gentlemen who helped my pick my glasses and sun glasses was helpful, and knowledgeable. Picked them up today and, this sounds crazy, but I needed zero adjustments! Very pleased and looking forward to being a regular customer..... if they'll have me!! Haha.

Saw Dr. Carrick a few months back for an eye exam for myself as well as my 6 month old daughter. Best eye exam I have ever had. The doctor was so friendly, not to mention efficient and thorough. What a fantastic eye care centre!! The staff have been very friendly and welcoming and Dr Robinson has always made me feel at ease during my appointments. I can only say good things about my experiences at 20/20. I especially felt cared for when I recently went to go pick out glasses. They let me take my time and gave me honest opinions about which glasses looked good and which ones didn’t. I have not found that at other eye care centres before.

I have been going to 20/20 Eye Care for at least 12 years. I have been to every optometrist in the practice and even Dr. Porter who retired. All of the team of optometrists are professional and caring. I recommended their care to my son, daughter and grandchildren who have switched to their office and are very pleased. My husband is in the process of switching over too. Any issues with my eyesight have been addressed and at one point I was even referred to a specialist to have my issue addressed. I highly recommend this eye care team.

Dr.'s are very thorough with explanations and results of eye exams. And they are reassuring and calm in tone and manner. There is a wide variety of frames to select from - nicely displayed, easy to compare. And luckily I was still able to try on my favourite frame choices. Daniel assisted in style selection and tips on frames best for prescription (& cost). He was also diligent in keeping frames I tried on away from display area until my choice was made and then frames were cleaned and returned to display.

We have been going here for 10 years and are never disapointed. The Dr.'s take their time and answer any questions I have. The optitions never try to up-sell, and are honest. I went somewhere else to buy glasses two times and was very unhappy and sorry I tried somewhere else. I bought some sunglass from a differernt place, they kept trying to get me to buy more expensive lens because they said the mid range ones wouldn't fit. I insisted on them anyhow. The lenses popped out 2 months later. The other shop tried to up sell me again and said they would have to send them away to have them fixed. 2 months later I had my prescription sun glasses back. A few weeks later they popped out again. I happened to be at 20-20 eye care and asked if they could fix them. The optition said sure. She went in the back and and 10 minutes later they were fixed. I never had a problem with them again. Long story short, or maybe short story long, I recomend them 100%. Great care, great service.

I was at 20/20 vision today. I was at the clinic 4month ago for annual check up. To day I called them And tell them I have issues with my right eye. They took some information and told me they will contact me before the end of the day. After 10min they call back and ask me if I can come with in in hour time.
