Tris Coffin was recommended to me by a good colleague at work back in winter 2017 when I was shopping around, never 100 % satisfied of the last place I visited for an eye exam and often as a result bought a new pair of glasses that would be costly yet quite ordinary. In early 2018 when I decided to gave TrisCoffin a try, I took the chance to book an appointment for my yearly check up with the store at place Ville Marie, I was immediately pleased by the level of genuine care and expertise of the professionals on site. Since, whether it’s to find a new pair of glasses that is style, fashion and elegance combined or trying on first in the life time some contact lenses for a change when I have been wearing glasses for nearly three decades, or simply for my regular visit, my yearly check up to make sure all is good and have a chat with my trusted optometrist, I have never once been disappointed, i have always been pleasantly greeted and patiently given advice on anything that concerns my vision and my eyewear. The check up is 80$ and I compared this to the other Dix 30 competitors. Their customer service is the best and they really took care of me. I had very expensive lenses installed on my frame. They had the frame tilted/ not horizontal - it is visibly so. And, when I complain, they simply argued with me and refused to correct the issue. I would stay away from this place
