Found Securo Vision online. I am not a Quebec resident. I phoned the number as I found the website a bit convoluted. The "customer service" rep answered abruptly, was short and seemed uninterested in talking to me. She said find a clinic on the website and order though them. I now know that in that province you can only order through a clinic. in the rest of the country this is not necessary. I understand each province has their own rules, but just the contact point on the phone turned me away and tells me it's not worth the risk...next...

Very abrupt and rude customer service representative. I only went to Securo Vision because it's the only safety glasses place covered by my benefits otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Slow service too. 4 weeks and still no glasses.
