Before starting the examination I mention to The optometrist that I have two small balls of flesh in the eyes, that that worries me. Avant de commencer l'examen je mentionne à L'optométriste que jai deux petites boules de chair dans les yeux, que ça m'inquiète. Il fait l'examen, me dit que ma vision est bonne, se lève pour mettre son manteau. Je lui demande s'il a vu les ptites boules dont je parlais,il me dit oui. Je demande c'est quoi ?il me dit c'est rien,ca sappelle "et là il me sort un mot en latin". Comme si j'étais censée savoir c'est quoi. Je demande si ca va grossir, il dit peut être que oui,peut être que non. J'ai juste abandonné et je suis partie !!! C'est pas parce que vous prenez du retard dans vos rdv que vous devez agir de la sorte. Jai le droit d'avoir un temps adéquat pour Mon rdv c'est pas dr notre faute si vous prenez du retard. Bref je ne conseille a personne daller là. Mauvais service et incompétents !

My mom and I walked into this place this afternoon and had the worst experience of any receptionist ever in my entire life! She spoke with a lot of attitude and no knowledge whatsoever of products and services there and 0 customer service. My mom wanted to get the frame of her eyeglasses replaced as it was broken and this young girl says she may or may not be able to do it, then she looks at a couple of frames on display and she hasn’t even found one yet to fit the glasses and comes back and says if she breaks it she’s not responsible. WHAT? I took the glasses and told her she doesn’t know what she is doing ! I wish I could give 0 Star here !
