Décevant on m’y reprendra plus !

I know that people don't always like to make an appointment at an eyewear for a medical emergency because you have to pay a fee, but when it's an optometrist like Dre. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! (Original) J'ai pris un RDV ici pour une urgence médicale et je suis tombée sur Dre. Yousra Senhaji, optometriste. Je suis trop reconnaissante et heureuse de l'avoir rencontrée. Elle a vraiment pris le temps d'examiner mon oeil (elle m'a expliqué que j'avais un genre de "feu sauvage" sur le stroma de ma cornée). Lorsque je posais beaucoup de questions, car clairement je ne comprenais pas trop, elle s'est assurée de tout répondre avec patience et douceur, et même de me monter des images sur internet pour que je comprenne mieux. Elle a tout de suite pris un RDV pour moi avec une ophtalmologiste à une clinique spécialisée pour le lendemain matin comme c'était assez grave. J'ai été suivi par l'ophtalmologiste de près pendant les 3 prochains mois, mais malgré sa compétence, elle était toujours HYPER pressée, donc elle ne m'a pas donné le même soin/comfort que j'ai initialement reçu avec l'optometriste Dre. Senhaji au Greiche & Scaff. J'ai décidé de repasser voir Dre. Senhaji 3 mois plus tard car je me sentais beaucoup mieux encadrer avec son expertise. Après mon 2e RDV avec Dre. Senhaji, elle m'a appelé une semaine plus tard pour voir comment allait mon oeil. C'est une perle!!!! Je sais que le monde n'aime pas toujours prendre RDV à une lunetterie pour une urgence médicale car il faut payer des frais, mais lorsque c'est une optometriste comme Dre. Senhaji qui vous soigne, ça vaut TELLEMENT la peine, surtout qu'on peut déclarer ces frais médicaux quand on fait nos impôts. Je suis tellement reconnaissante de la gentillesse, la patience, et l'attention sincère du Dre. Yousra Senhaji. MERCI MILLE FOIS!!!
