Used to be great, not so much now. While the staff people are nice, the service is unfortunately subpar. Limited appointment windows, appointment delays without notice, no verification of the goods they sell before said appointment, resulting in wastes of time and money. No matter how skilled the personnel may be, the management and customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Extremely dissapointed with this place. It's a waste of time and money. I was put down by Dr. Veillette because I never had an eye exam. I explained to her that I thought my head tilt when watching TV was a habit, therefore I never really bothered with it. However, according to her, I never had an eye test because I grew up in a corrupted country (Philippines) with pretty women who contribute to the corruption (prostitution). Moreover, I do not know what she has been through and maybe she did not mean it badly but what she said was inappropriate and unprofessional. I wish I had walked out of there for the indecency and racism I was subjected to.
