Dean and Tina have taken amazing care in fulfilling all my glasses needs! On multiple occasions Tina has helped me and my husband pick gorgeous frames that look great on us. Both Dean and Tina have discussed our lens needs. I have Chronic Daily Migraines and bright light, glare, and light flashes often trigger aura effects that greatly disrupt my vision. They made sure to get me lenses that have GREATLY reduced my aura symptoms over the time that I've been using them. They contain blue light filtering properties within the lenses, not just coating the lenses, and they have been ground to optimize my prescription. Tina recommended a frame with clip on sunglasses that have custom, tinted lenses that perfectly filter out the troublesome light waves as well. Not only did they get us into gorgeous glasses with optimized lenses, but their service has been incredible! I have a job that can be quite physical at times and I have needed repairs and adjustments. I've also had my perfect lenses chipped and scratched. Each time they've gone far above and beyond expectations to make my glasses all shiny and perfect again! I highly recommend Professional Optical! Top notch experiences every time.

Love this place. I've gone to this place twice. First one 2 or 3 years ago to get my eyes tested for glasses and they were so kind and helpful. I just recently went back to get contact lenses. They did all the tests in an hour and sent me back home with 2 boxes of contacts to try them out. They were friendly and professional. Love this place and I would definitely recommend.

Not only did they take arms off another pair she had from another location and make a pair she was able to use but they also got a new frame ordered in a timely manner under warranty. Len quality is below satisfactory, looking down the street the distortion was so bad that streets signs were unreadable. A more qualified optometrist checked the glasses and found that the focal points were off as well as one lens was being squished into the frame too much causing even more vision problems. Huge problems occurred trying to get something done about this; involving them being snake-like in trying to hide the prices, arguing that there is "nothing wrong" with the glasses, refusing to listen, being unprofessional, and very unhelpful and unknowledgeable. Very unreliable and not committed to their clients. Their concern is your wallet not your vision! Not recommended at all!

I think I really liked my experience at Professional Optical on March 23, 2021. From the friendly lady at the front desk who did the pre-screening, to Dean who did the actual eye exam, and finally to the nice and patient lady who assisted me in picking a great stylish puma frame for my lenses. Dean took his time to carefully examine my eyes and provide me with the best optical service. All through the exam, Dean was super friendly; and I almost didn't want to live when he was done. The customer service was one the best I've received in the whole of Lethbridge. Thumbs up guys! I would gladly given you guys 10 star rating for your professional, efficient, yet friendly optical services if it. My recommendation is that if you live in Lethbridge, and you're in need any form of optical service for your eyes, then simply go to Professional Optical at 808 1 Ave S, Lethbridge, AB T1J 4T1. You'll live extremely satisfied with their service. Most importantly, their service is not expensive at all...

Very pleased with my entire experience. I needed an appointment right away and they were able to accommodate me. In 36 years of wearing glasses and contacts I have been accustomed to being told what I should do according to whatever the opticians preferred method was. Not only did Dean give a professional eye exam but he took extra time to discuss my changing eye conditions. He then discussed the pros and cons of each option available and my comfort level with them. I left feeling Dean not only understood the mechanics of my eyes but how I used them in my daily life and he provided me with a strategy to maximize my sight, my comfort and my budget. I have found a home for my eyes!

My wife went here and got great service from start to finish. She then went back and got a 2nd pair and they were great to deal with once again. I then brought my son in to get his glasses fixed after the place that sold him the glasses would not or could not fix them, and just wanted to sell another frame. Not only did these amazing folks fix my sons glasses. They did not charge us for the repair. So i then brought my son back in to get a full eye exam and new glasses. He is looking forward to picking up the new pair. The service was awesome all around. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Appreciate the great service guys. It does not go unrecognized. Called ahead to see if it would be okay to stop in after 5 to have my glasses adjusted... was told I was cutting it and not to come in that close. After choosing a better time that worked for them, I reluctantly went in and was ignored for 15 minutes and before leaving was accused of theft by one of the female owners. She made certain to ensure I knew she owned the place and that it was “alright and she appreciated me coming back” ... absolutely embarrassing. NEVER AGAIN.
