My old glasses broke/fell apart. I booked an appointment and they were able to get me in the very next day! Customer service was beyond amazing, friendly and knowledgable staff. The best part of the experience for me was that they offered to fix my old glasses, made them good as new in five minutes. 100% will recomend!!

I purchased new lenses to have replaced in my existing frames. I received a call that my frames were broken during the process and that I’m sure I was told that this could happen (I wasn’t). I was offered 50% off the purchase of new frames for this happening. I spent a couple hours looking for new frames and while they do have a wide selection, I was having difficulties finding new frames that I loved. I did eventually find a pair I liked and selected a different colour that would need to be ordered in. A few hours later, I received a call saying they wouldn’t be able to get the frames in the colour I requested. This was no fault of the studio but due to a supplier issue. Knowing I had already tried on plenty of pairs with no success, I asked if I would be able to get a discount on contact lenses instead. They were unable to do this so I asked if I could get a refund and was offered store credit. After some discussion, I was eventually given a return. Staff were always friendly but I was disappointed and frustrated that I had spent at least 4 hours in the studio, only to leave with a pair of broken glasses. With this being said, my family and I did have our eye exams here and that experience was great- especially for my 16 month old sons first eye exam. Edit: The clinic reached out to me after my review. The customer service has been excellent.

We had the best experience with Dr. Shae Morrison. If you're looking for a new optometrist definitely see her! She is knowledgable, friendly, and amazing with the kiddos. The office is easily accessible, lotsa parking, and friendly staff.

Service has been top notch, and Dr. Day really knows his stuff. He located a source of discomfort as some inflamed blood vessels on my eyelid, and fixed me up with a prescription for eye drops and a change of contact lenses. This new brand (Dailies Total1) have been amazing, and I've been using them for approximately 5 months now. On top of this great service in Canada, I found myself in New Zealand having forgot my lenses at home! I sent a pleading e-mail, and within 12 hours (time changes can be tough) I had a copy of my prescription so I could get looked after while away on vacation. Overall, very impressed with the service and value they provide.

This place is AMAZING! I had gone to a different optometrist 6 months ago. I went back several times not being able to see properly and left confused and concerned for my eyes. When I came here, I was admitted immediately! Dr. Day was kind and considerate and got to the root of the problem. He prescribed me some drops to solve what was wrong and was careful to include follow-up appointments. 10/10 recommend! All the staff if courteous and helpful.

I am beyond pleased with the experience I recently Had with the team at Optical Studios, Right from the front desk to Des And Dr. Steven Ha were pleasant and professional. Meaghan was helpful and polite found glasses quickly and with ease. The best part is I left there at 11 am and my glasses were ready at 1pm. So thanks to the ones in the back who made that happen as well. All the people involved made this a great experience overall !

The Optical Studio is the best spot in the country for eye exams, glasses and contacts. I've picked up some bomb frames and sunglasses there. Great lenses and coatings. Ordering contacts is a breeze. The studio itself is really sharp. Staff are friendly and wonderful. Dr George Day is a beauty.

My daughter broke her glasses not once, but twice in the past couple of months, and Optical Studio has been amazing about warrantying them both times! The staff here is wonderful and kind, and Dustin even went above and beyond to tape up her glasses with matching tape while we were waiting on the replacement pair so that the tape wasn't so obvious. Can't say enough good things!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Not only is the front staff amazing, but the Assistants and Doctors are fantastic as well! Everyone is so kind and genuine - I feel they actually care about you.
