I had a great stay here for my eye exam. The workers and doctor made me feel very comfortable. The doctor is very thorough and goes over her findings with you thoroughly, she went above any beyond for me by checking in with another doctor I had to get results back from a test I had done last year. I had all my questions answered and all my needs met! The front staff were very friendly and I didn't have to wait for my appointment. Amazing service!!

I accidentally booked my appointment here, thinking it was another optometrist's office, but I was not disappointed! The staff are so friendly, the appointment ran on time, I was in and out quickly. Dr. Cuevas was great at explaining everything to me, so I knew exactly what to expect going forward. I especially appreciate direct billing - it is so nice not to have to worry about submitting forms for reimbursement.

that was terrible they told us that photogray was free on the phone then in person told us first its was 150$ then we could not get it at all ..on top of the fact my wife is over 50 years old and they kept insisting she had to have heavy pink glasses and in general just very pushy about the style she had to have now we need to wait weeks for the glasses,, if you are on a medical assistance be prepared to have several hundred dollars of your own money on you

It was my first time booking an appointment with them and it was a rush since it was for my driver's license and I had a same day appointment which was really really great. From phone call till the end of my appointment all of them are great, friendly and just really really great trust me w dis one lmao specially Dr. Barua, literally the best doctor i have ever encountered. She was so nice and really making me feel comfortable with her. Such a great experience I really recommend coming here for an eye appointment.

My first time full routine eye exam here at Lethbridge Vision Care. All the staffs are welcoming and friendly, a conducive atmosphere experience. Sanitation and social distancing were observed. Dr. Barua elucidates further the results and made me feel comfortable through out the exam. Definitely will recommend this place and will be back for future annual check-ups.

Great service! It was extremely easy to book the appointment online and then fill in and submit the new patient intake forms online as well! I arrived the suggested 15 minutes before the exam so the technicians could do preliminary tests before my actual eye exam, and it took about 20 minutes to walk in, do the first tests, and do my whole eye exam! It was incredibly quick, easy, and well-informed. I will definitely go back again!

I enjoyed that there was no waiting around for to long, my youngest gets super fussy waiting around so that was a bonus for us. I brought my 10 yr.old daughter for eyes check at Lethbridge Vision Care located at Park Place Mall in Lethbridge, Dr.Sam Dhaliwal and her team was really nice, and helpful. It was our first time to go and see an eye doctor, and so far We like their service. Their machines are very modern and the clinic is clean. I will highly recommend this eye clinic.

My first eye exam in many years and the staff and doctor made me feel very comfortable. They were very thorough and explained everything to me. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Update -- have had my new glasses a few weeks now and all I can say is that I am so very grateful for going to see Dr. Barua -- what a difference in my eyesight. I can see roadsigns clearly now, I can read the tv onscreen guide from my chair, and movies are wonderful to watch without getting headaches. I recommend Dr. Barua and staff to anyone!

Then a thorough eye exam took place to confirm the good health of my eyes and the doctor was able to help me address my dry eyes issue. Was overdue for an appointment. Booked online which was easy as pie to get done. When I was there everyone was very, very hospitable and helpful. Wait time was literally 5 minutes which was outstanding. Got contacts for the first time since I got glasses (20 years-ish) and they were very patient with me having a hard time getting them in.
