So many negative comments on Lenscrafters. They don't help you find what you're looking for unless you actually ask and specifically tell them. Very limited on selection for stronger prescriptions. I found a pair of glasses I loved and I have a strong prescription and they said I can only use my prescription in plastic wide frames, however plastic frames a) don't stay on my face as I have a small bridge on my nose & b) round glasses don't suit me and I have a round face. You would think they would try to help me by giving me suggestions and offering some kind of selection for people with prescriptions like mine. Then when I finally picked out the glasses and sunglasses I went in to pick them up (drove an hour out of my way) they informed me my sunglasses wouldn't be in until the following day, & that they ordered new lenses for my actual glasses because the lense was scratched upon delivery. Went in the next day and they told me my sunglasses still weren't in. They didn't offer any kind of customer satisfaction and just really didn't seem bothered that I clearly was upset over the fact that they didn't call to tell me when they knew I was driving an hour to come pick them up!!! Called head office to inform them of all the issues and the lady on the phone did not give a damn, didn't ask any information on the issues and gave so much attitude. I am returning my glasses (it's been 4 days and my sunglasses still aren't in from the arrival date) and getting a full refund and taking my business elsewhere. They are also SO overpriced. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I bought my eye glasses, two years ago. I went to this shop with my broken glasses once, got a brand new eyeglass without paying a penny. More over I went there multiple times to tighten up the glass to fit my face, again it was a free service. Yesterday a little piece on the glass were missing, went there replaced with brand new pieces without costing anything. Totally loved there service.!! Highly recommend.!!! Note: I have been ripped of a shop called “Eye wear Experts” ( Previously called ‘Eyewear Liquidators’) in Red Deer.

Great experience with my eye exam at the back but terrible experience trying to find glasses up front. Some staff is nice but their Market Manager has been extremely pushy, even when just going in to BOOK an eye exam. Left without the glasses I was interested in, went back within 20min to ask about my PD so I could order the glasses I wanted online and that manager said they do the PD for each frame. Which is fair. I asked if I could find out for the frames I wanted ordering since if I can't find out my PD for the frames they had in store, to order them online, how would I be able to order them online at all? She shrugged and gave a passive "Hmm." Won't be going to LC for the frames anymore if a manager doesn't have anything but dollar signs in her eyes.

I've been buying my glasses from them for over 30 years in 2 different provinces. I've been going to this location for 15 years. I've had nothing but excellent service. I especially like their 30 day money back guarantee. And there are no strings attached. I watch for the specials and most of the time I can get my glasses within one hour. I went to a different place twice over the years and I regretted it. I won't get my glasses anywhere else.

Rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. We got our prescription glasses at another Lenscrafters branch and everyone there was very kind and accommodating. This branch, however, was the opposite. JOSEPHINE made us feel UNWELCOMED and was in a hurry to get us out of there. While we were at this branch, we felt very uncomfortable with Josephine's presence. Yes, she asked us if everything was okay, probably because she just wanted to get the glasses from us so she can clean it up and put it back on the shelf. We felt belittled most especially when she learned that we were using our insurance for prescription sunglasses. We asked her if we can get cheaper prescription lens and she mentioned something about us putting their opticians' license at risk. I mean why would she even say that? She also told us that their system (insurance claim) was not working. I clarified if it's the same with other branches and she said YES. We tried to justify her actions but there's just no excuse because she treated us like we have no money. We felt so awful when we got out of this store. I immediately called 2 Lenscrafters branches and confirmed if they can accept our insurance and they were more than eager to welcome us there! Btw, we went to Scarborough branch and the treatment that we received was different. They were so polite and patient. Their customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond for us. We bought 3 sunglasses and paid additional $400 on top of our insurance claims.

My family and I have been using the Lenscrafters at Oakville Place for years now. We began visiting them when my son was little and needed a particular prescription. They always made him feel welcome. Over the years, we have gone back for our own prescriptions and have always had great service. I have never had issues finding stylish glasses for myself and when people have complimented me, I tell them, "Lenscrafters." They are always pleasantly surprised. When I recently switched from progressive lenses to single vision lenses, I realized I'd made a mistake. The single vision lenses didn't work for me any longer. Mariam at Lenscrafters helped me get a new pair of progressives that suited my needs. I felt really badly having to do a return but Mariam put me at ease and arranged everything for me. I will always go to Lenscrafters first, for service, for price and for quality. I have never had an issue with any of the glasses we ordered and I have no problem recommending them.

They have wide variety of glasses which is amazing but the thing that really disappointed me was how the manager treated me. He made me feel like a huge burden to him. I wanted the other staff to help me but they were busy so I had to deal with the manager who was very rude. The way he treated me seems like I'm wasting his time. I bought a nice pair of glasses with them and I hope next time I wouldn't have to deal with the manager. Ever again.

Update! Great service again. Problem with some stress fractures appearing on the edges of my lenses. The lenses were replaced quickly with ones with polished edges, hopefully addressing the problem. All at no cost. Repeat customer here with now four sets of glasses from them. Easy to get appointment at the optometrist next door who performed the most thorough check I’ve had in ages. Fixed my old glasses for free, even though they were 3 years old. Can’t really comment on the pricing ... no one makes it easy to comparison shop.

im giving one star because it’s not possible to give zero stars . the staff was incredibly rude. they completely disregarded and ignored us and there was no other customers in the store. the only time a staff member talked to us was when we were entering the store and even then they talked to us like we were children. this was definitely not a pleasant experience at all. when your willing to pay hundreds of dollars for glasses, you do not want to be treated like how the workers at this LensCrafters treated us.

They make and sell their own lenses, which are not as sharp as the Zeiss lens you can get elsewhere (even though they charge the same).

I have the typical "asian nose" so I needed more adjustment than most people and David was very patient with bringing the lenses forward/changing the angle of the arms.etc to get to a point where they sit comfortably. If you want cheap glasses, go to LensCrafters. My lens were pitted and scratched after 3 months of wearing them. Even purchased their expensive lens towels. I went back to the store and I was told I didn't know how to clean my glasses. I've been wearing glasses for over 50 years. WTH? Lesson learned and will not shop there ever again.

This was the worst experience I have had getting glasses hands down. I have moved a lot and have got glasses from many different places, this place takes the cake for poor quality and poor customer service. Let me clarify that before I go on, I had good experiences with some employees here it really was one manager that left me feeling this way. Almost exactly one month ago I bought a brand new pair of Armani glasses with anti glare and scratch resistant coating. I have several surface scratches already on both lenses. For work I sit at a desk, I am building my own website so I come home and sit at a desk, my point is I do nothing to warrant scratches. I take good care of my glasses and always use the cloth provided with the solution I purchased to clean them, there should not be scratches after one month. I politely explained this to the manager, she started accusing me of throwing my glasses down on their surface and not taking care of them properly even giving me a lesson on how to clean them in a very mocking tone. Her only solution was for me to buy the protection plan and pay $25 each lens on top of that for them to be repaired. During all of this I was also told that what I bought wasn't really good enough and if I had bought the premium coating this wouldn't have happened. I left this experience knowing that their only intentions are to up sell, if you don't but the absolute premium package then they are going to try and force their unnecessary protection plan on you and make an additional $50 every few months to repair their low quality product. My suggestion is do not waste your money here, go to Hakim optical, it is right across the street and you will get a much better product. I will never go back to LensCrafters after this experience.

I do not recommend getting your glasses here. Clearly contacts has glasses for cheaper and much better customer service. When you go in for troubleshooting for your glasses, they are much more interested in arguing with the customer and trying to convince them nothing is wrong than helping the customer. Had to return twice because the first time the nose pads were not adjusted properly, and the second time because the hinge was loose on the arm of the frame. Paid $450 for the glasses and they treat you like you paid them $10.

Dealt with Kata over the phone who assured us that they would do direct billing. Once we arrived at the store she was nothing short of rude, unprofessional and began to harass my spouse over the claim. Worst experience ever. I had a problem with my glasses which I bought in this store, this store said they offered refund. so I went there and exchanged my glasses successfully. However the shop assistant looked so confused when I told him that there should be a refund. Because my glasses are less expensive then the exchanged ones. It was a Middle Aged Male who has round glasses that served me today.( Thursday ) When I asked for a refund, he looked at me with the upmost uncomfortable expression ever. Like it's a crime to ask for a refund. Then it took him20 minutes to work on the refund process, and he took my credit card to swipe without asking for my permission. I felt so angry at this man and disappointed at this store. For a store that prize itself on the one month guarantee rule, this just shows how unprofessional the stores employees are and how dosrespectful they are to customers. They welcome you in with a warm smile knowing you are going to pay money, however they hate you for taking money away from them.???????????? Worst experience, would not recommend this to anyone. If the owner from LensCrafters sees this, please take what I said into consideration okay？Because it's for your good to improve on your image. so more people will go there. This location recently changed management so other negative reviews may want to revisit them. I went in today (April 9, 2018) and even though the staff were very busy helping other customers, the manager acknowledged me as I entered the store and said they'd be with me soon. Far too often healthcare businesses (and I do consider vision products to be part of healthcare) don't put effort into making customers feel acknowledged because they know we're probably not going to leave. But the staff here made sure I felt acknowledged and appreciated. So right away the experience began as a positive one. Once they wrapped up with the other customers, they quickly dealt with my need. Part of my glasses were broken and they fixed it on the spot. They were friendly, patient, helpful and kind. I'll definitely return and I highly recommend this location.

Even though the frames were not purchased from LensCrafters, this store was incredibly accommodating and helped me out in a bind. Not only is there where you'd go to get ripped off, but they are discriminating and useless. I've bought glasses here two times now, and had my eyes checked once. They often put you least priority if you are a child because they don't get payed as much since it is covered by healthcare. Not only that but their prices are insanely high, about 20-25% more expensive than any other place I've been to to get glasses/eye exam. My most recent experience is when i called them, and a french woman picked up the phone, then said she was going to transfer me because I spoke English, then proceeded to transfer me to an even more Quebecois woman who basically said "Hi how may i help you" but them moment I said "hello" she almost immediately hung up. How straight up rude.

What happened today (July 2/21, 17:00 fitting appointment)? My spouse returned from this store in Fairview Mall upset and angry. She feels that she was given a very cursory fitting with her new glasses. It was a rushed affair. The agent didn’t bother having my spouse look at a full-face mirror to see whether or not the glasses fit. No effort was made to use the heating pads to remould the frame’s arms to my spouses’ ears. LensCrafters took her money, and then LC ushered her out the door. What upsets me is that I have received good service from this store. LensCrafters, what has changed?

I took my glasses that I've had for a couple years (which I purchased from them at an astronomical price) to get them tightened and when I walked away, I realized when the girl had tightened them.. she had cracked the frame. I broke my frame on glasses that I purchased from another company. I called Lenscrafters to see if they had the frame in stock. They did. They put the frames on hold and I drove to the store. I have purchased many glasses from this location and I am always happy with the selection. However, back in August, my partner and I purchased glasses from this location, and they royally messed up his sunglasses. Trinh was our sales person and she is VERY fast and pushy. She knows how to upsell and she draws up quotes in an instant. She also totally stole my glasses purchase from another sales associate as she was working with my partner first. I am not sure if these employees are commission based, but based on how quickly she stole me from the other lady, I would not be surprised. My partner purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses, and chose lenses from the catalog. Little did we know, when you "design" these glasses with a Rx, the optician (Trinh) MUST adjust the fitting to account for the CURVED LENSES. Due to COVID, working essential jobs and well, life, we were not able to get in to fix this problem until after the 30 day satisfaction guarantee. The only way we were able to get a relatively decent solution to this problem is because the extended warranty on these glasses was purchased. Kata help us with this issue, and now we are waiting for the correct lenses to be made. I am disappointed that this problem even happened in the first place and I am hopeful that the new lenses are correct.

To say I'm bewildered would be an understatement. I waited a year to share this because I was so petrified and genuinely terrified of the opticians. This LensCrafters has easily some of the most unprofessional opticians I will ever see in my lifetime. Both Kim and Shawn were extremely rude from the start and both had zero patience when adjusting my frames. The same thing happened last time, only this time, I was being yelled at and talked down where my sister and cousins had to come over and ask if I was okay after hearing her from across the store!! This is because I requested for her to readjust the frames just a bit more during the time when she is readjusting them on my face. I didn't want my glasses to stay crooked like my last pair at LensCrafters.. and I didn't provoke the lady whatsoever, so I'm clueless as to her behavior, but she really shouldn't take out on me like that. I almost started crying and wanted to run away - that's how bad it was getting. Good thing I had family with me. She toned herself down when they came to check up on me. I'm an adult male, by the way. This was just completely foreign and out of the blue, and I couldn't leave because she held my prescription glasses I payed for. I left prematurely and pretended they fitted comfortably. I came back to have them readjusted because they were digging into my skull leaving red marks, and since their frames have free readjustments. I had Shawn this time, instead of Kim, who was better (only at the start, though). I also inquired about my lenses being defective. My lenses had a severe fish eye effect, seemed completely defective to the point where vertical lines appeared completely warped to look at. Kim told me to keep wearing these fish eye lenses for a week and then she might do something about them (I tried so hard to make them work). Shawn wanted to see me again to determine the problem but when I came back, he forgot, then began addressing me as the problem. After trying so hard to convince myself that they were okay and that I am indeed the problem that they made me feel through repetition, and that this is normal, I realized that this isn't okay, nor right, and I'm positive others can make them better, because I am not the problem. They forced me to see my optometrist again. I've been bullied in my life, but I will not tolerate that when politely trying to get glasses done right by opticians. I took my optometrists advice into consideration, and decided to return the glasses altogether due to the varying issues the opticians are having cooperating and with mannerism. I wish I had recordings. === To keep things minimal (LensCrafters will receive my full story): They gave me inferior frames, bad lenses, bad resizing, and very bad attitude, forced me to come back several times in the span of a month and got annoyed when I did, told me I was the problem and to see an optometrist-who said I was fine and to stay away from this place if they couldn't accommodate my eyes, and when I decided to make a full return due to all of this, Shawn told me they would never serve me again at this store and to never come back, and staff kept talking about me over a week later out loud for customers to hear (my sister who passed by heard them). I wasn't planning on coming back after this, but this truly was a shocking, considering I just wanted glasses and lenses that fit, and to get out of there, and LensCrafters (ironically) couldn't accommodate. I went to Hakim Optical shortly after, across the street, they treated me right. I price matched from LensCrafters and they were able to order the same frames, they accommodated my request for flatter lenses (actually, they just made them right the first time), and I was the happiest I could be, all in a very short time frame. My advice is to come here only for frame ideas, you can order them from someone else and they'll be happy to help. I never thought opticians of all people could behave this way, and the quality of lenses just really isn't right, and it's true. I indeed was not the problem, Kim and Shawn.

They have a good collection of frames but the staff are not friendly at all. Ramona, she is the only exception who is very friendly. Today I went to pick up the frames for my daughter. The guy at front desk was some what okay but the female at front desk was so rude. Acting like she is giving some favor to me. No, I paid a good amount of money ($327.00) for the glasses and came to pick it up. Not for any of your favors. They never advise or ensure the customer is satisfied with the product. My daughter was okay with the glasses when she worn it first but experienced little discomfort. We approached the front desk to get it fixed, the lady was so unhappy and reacted in a rude tone saying that you have to wait. This is not the way to behave to customers. While I was waiting with my daughter for their technician, I watched how this lady dealing with other customers. She is very selective acting nice to some of them and rude to others. We faced the same when we went to select the glasses on 31st December. She didn't like people like me to be in her store. But Ramona was very friendly and helped us. We normally go to Doctors Eye Care. They don't have many selections but the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful.They will spend time with the customer with out any impatience and ensure the glasses are perfect and customer is happy. I may not go again to this place due to this bad attitude. May be to Calgary or Edmonton?. My daughter still experiencing discomfort with this glasses.

I have been wearing glasses for many years now and the experience has always been similar: getting new prescriptions, waiting a few days to a week to get the new glasses. This particular LensCrafter however, managed to get my glasses done in a day. I was amazed. Later I had a problem with my glasses that needed one of the lenses replaced, and they've fixed it in 20 minutes without charging me anything. I also bought sunglasses here, and I'm sure I'll get a lot more glasses done at this store in the future.

I've bought glasses from here in the past, and had a good experience. This time I went back, I felt that the one saleswoman wouldn't leave me alone. I felt like she was just following me around the store, and I became uncomfortable. When I did find a pair that looked good on me, she was okay at helping me figure out the price of lens and frame, but she kept on saying that I need the premium type of lenses, blue light addon etc. which I didn't want. I then became even more turned off by her behaviour, and wanted to leave because I was no longer interested in buying. She then insisted that I look at other pairs, but I still said no and became more frustrated and left. Please be mindful of becoming too pushy, and annoying to your customers -- I don't think that tactic really works for anyone anywhere. Just let them browse, and if they have questions they can come to you.

The worst experience that my family has ever had. The women at the front as well as the manager were very cold. Our HD lenses came with factory markings on the lenses that created blurry spots while wearing them. When asked about it the employees stated that all HD lenses have had that for 3+ years. Which is odd as I have HD lenses from septmeber 2015 with out such markings. When sent back away to get HI lenses, we waited 8 days and and they still had those markings. Again when questioned about it we were informed that they all came like that, although we were never told that when we got them sent back. The staff was very unpleasent to deal with and that includes the manager. We were treated as though we were a nuisance. We will not be returning and hope that others will take from our horrendous experience.

I went in to discuss purchasing glasses via my work benefits. The lady I was speaking with was very nice but another employee joined in on the conversation and I left feeling like I was a peasant who couldn’t afford their glasses. I was surprised by the prices compared to competitors. Said employee told me how my coverage would barely cover the cost of one pair and continued to say they are a high end store in a condescending tone. I felt embarrassed. Employee wasn’t interested in showing me anything in the store (even the lower priced frames). I got the message that they are high end and I am not a viable customer. I tend to fall asleep asleep and roll on my glasses, or smash my face into something. The last few times Derrick or Darrell, I will call him Mr. Fix has helped me. He is not overly chatty but always helps me without question to bend my glasses back into a shape that will sit on my face. I am very thankful for this free service offered by LensCrafters as I am utterly useless in keeping my glasses in 1 piece. I had boycotted LensCrafters previously for the commercial that questioned if you were lucky enough to wear glasses! Since I needed glasses very soon because my previous ones were smashed, I came hoping to get new ones soon. As a walk-in from some distance away, being put off until another day would have been understandable but it would have made my life very difficult. They had an opening at the doctor and my lense type was available so they took me right away and had my glasses prepared before I had to return to the highway to go home less than a couple of hours later. I decided to give them a call to ask a few questions since I've only ever shopped at local small businesses for my glasses. The lady on the phone was very dismissive, condecending and rude. I only left a one star rating because it would not allow me to leave a negative rating. In June; less than two months ago, I purchased a pair of Coach Prescription Glasses. My new French Bull Dog Puppy decided to scratch the lenses yesterday. Since there is currently a sale on lenses and I am a repeat customer I returned to Lense Crafters for a new pair of lenses in my still new Coach Frames. I was advised to just bring them in today. Today, I went into the store to drop off my frames and was told they would not do it it for me. I would need to purchase another pair of frames. I explained the situation but they were not interested so I brought my business to another store and will not return. I spent well over $1,000 putting new lenses into some of the frames I had at home. The Staff at this new place was kind, curious and knowledgeable and happy to to help my with my grasses!!! I will be going there from now on!!!!

This has been an awful experience for me. I decided to go with their promotion of 6 months no interest if paid in full. They advertised an ability to pay the pay in-store, online, over the phone, or through mail. They sent me a statement due within three days. I spent a collective 5 hours on the phone over three calls, as their system wasn't working and they couldn't accept payment. There is no online payments, and they charge a fee to accept any payment at the store. The woman was trying to rush me into signing the paper, and was angry when I took the time to read the terms and conditions. She assumed I wanted gradient sunglasses as that is the style. I couldn't see anything because they did nothing to block the sun. I tried to use my 30 day guarantee, and the associate said they could swap it out in a few days. The supervisor said it would probably take longer. They phoned me two weeks later to say that it would be another week. Two days after, my purchase was over 30 days, and I received a call as they said the glasses had been back for a little while. This store has rude associates, and they make promises they can't deliver on. The focus is on getting some money out of you, not making you a happy customer who comes back for everything. I regret coming to lenscrafters, and other reviews aren't positive either. Choose somewhere else

Very, very poor customer service. I've had two incidents with one of the girls at the front desk. NOT helpful what so ever, she was very difficult and continued to refuse to help with two of my situations. I went to get my glasses adjusted and cleaned. The saleswoman came back after about 10-15 minutes and handed me back my glasses. They buffed the Ray Ban off the sides, the lenses were streaky, and they still didn't fit properly. I made her aware that they were still loose and she said that she adjusted them a lot already. Left feeling frustrated. Had my lenses changed once due to scratches. Had the scratch protection and asked how to avoid scratches on the new lenses. I followed the advice and now have multiple scratches on my lenses. I never owned such scratch susceptible lenses. I've had better luck with buying glasses online.

They were very rude at front desk on both visits. Both employees talked hurriedly in condescending tones. First time attempting to use group benefit insurance, and when it didn't work she didn't provide any reasoning - just expected me to pay immediately without trying to assist with how to proceed with insurance. Came in today to get my glasses adjusted (nose piece and ear parts) because my glasses were loose. My glasses are not from the store, but they were super friendly with me and very accommodating. The manager (I believe) is very professional and has a good sense of humor :) would definitely recommend, especially as a student. Service was free, unlike some other places that require a "tip".

I purchased my lens and frame Wednesday night and they promised me I can pick up on Thursday, so I went back on Thursday night but only the left lens was finished, they can't figure out the reason, but PROMISED me again they will call me Friday. Didn't received any phone call on Friday but finally picked up Friday night. Their price is higher than the average but I'm ok if they can provide better services, this experience is disappointing.

Worst customer service. My glasses had a chip in right glass with only 40 days of use. I bought their Blue IQ premium reflective glasses. They refused to fix it since they said you did not take protection. I do not wear my glasses all the time only for diving and the glasses has scratches too They premium reflective Blue IQ glass is a farce. The quality of their product is the worst. I am never going there again. Cancelled my son's glass order too. If you want to buy their glasses buy protection they insist because they know their quality is inferior and confident the glasses will chip.

My anti-reflective progressive bifocals have become terribly scratched up with just one year of use, and I never use paper products to clean them. In the first few months they repaired this problem but my last time there -- just under a year after purchase -- they would not do anything about this. So I paid about $500. for glasses lasting one year? They claim that anything except their own wipes and cloths will scratch the glasses so it's my fault. I've been wearing glasses for about twenty years, and have never before encountered such a vulnerable pair at such a high price; and I've always used a variety of soft cloths including scarves and clothing I'm wearing, to clean them. This seems like a deliberate kind of planned obsolescence, or is just poor quality manufacturing and workmanship? Very disappointing.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Honestly if I could leave zero stars I would called to book my appointment on the 3rd of January got one for the 15th of January by 3:30pm then got a call on the 14th saying I should be there by 10 am like that's not bad enough I got there and was turned down and told to get another appointment like I planned for 3:30 got 10 a day before and still showed up and their rep had the guts to tell me if I didn't have the appointment on a business card there's nothing she can do. Nonsense not all of us have the time to parade downtown with no parking space just cos we need an eye exam

It only took an hour from my eye exam appointment to when I was walking out wearing my new glasses. Nancy was amazing. She helped me find a pair of glasses that suited me and it turned out to be in the price range I was aiming for. I am autistic, so any social interaction outside of my normal routine gives me a little anxiety, but she made the experience go smoothly. I would highly recommend this location.

Had to bring back my glasses because I was given the wrong prescription with no anti-glare that I paid for and lenses that were coming out of the frame. Went back, got them re-done, and the legs of my glasses were broken (mis-aligned & wobbly), have to go back tomorrow to get them fixed. Wouldn't recommend this place, they clearly don't care about service and disregarded my complaints despite the fact that I paid 300+$ for my lenses.

Terrible experience would NOT RECOMMEND!! First of all they do not pick up the phone AT ALL. Secondly, after going there and waiting in a line to get into the store for 40 minutes and ordering glasses they do my BILL WRONG. I didn’t notice until I got home and tried to call them the following days. I called over 20 times and NO RESPONSE. My mom made the hour trip back to the store as I was working and they were extremely rude to her, I was listening on the line and the ladies were so disrespectful. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. They asked me if I want to pick them up when they’re both ready or if they should call/ email me for each one. I said I live an hour away and to PLEASE only call and/or email when they’re both ready. I get an email a few weeks later to go pick them up. I try to call them to make sure they have both pairs but OF COURSE THEY DON’T PICK UP. I get there and wait in line only for them to tell me to come back 30 minutes later. This happens THREE MORE TIMES!! Each time I came back they would make me wait in line again just to tell me to come back!! When I finally get in the store they tell me they only have my prescription glasses and not the sunglasses. At this point I am extremely upset. They promise me they will call me when the next pair comes. A MONTH GOES BY AND THEY CALLED ME YESTERDAY JUST TO TELL ME THEY LOST MY SUNGLASSES!! They shipped them to the states by mistake!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE AND THE HORRIBLE WORKERS!!

Great experience with them dealing my returning frames and getting a new one! The manager or optician are the best one to talk if you have high power lenses or your eye needs care more than fashion. At first I thought I am paying a lot of money for my glasses but their exchange and return policies are hassle free and smooth. I was always welcomed when I had an issue with my frame and my power changed. Always try to buy the coverage if you buy expensive glasses.

My daughter and I get our glasses from this place and besides having the best selection of frames in town, they have an amazing costumer service. I am always super happy with the outstanding quality of service. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I broke my beloved Versace glasses and I found out that they had discontinued that collection, I was so sad about it.... The staff did everything to find me a frame. David, the Asst Store Manager, was very helpful and answered all our questions about the glasses, lens and frames. We didn't feel rushed but I docked 1 star as their system was very slow and we spent 1.5hrs at the store (our selection of the frames took half that time and the rest was billing & completing information on the system (which was super slow).

Amazing service and very patient staff. I was buying my first new pair of glasses in nearly a decade (oops). I took AGES trying on different frames and the staff were so patient and never made me feel bad about it. I finally settled on some and put in my order. I was told it would take 2 weeks but my glasses were ready 6 days later! The staff person helping me (I believe her name was Kata) was SO helpful and kind and patient. I did have to come back in a few days later to get some more adjustments and again I had no issues. Yes, glasses can be expensive and I know there are lots of websites offering very cheap options but you really have to be so careful when it comes to your eyes. Pupillary distance matters, ya'll!

The staff here are fantastic. They’re so attentive and patient and accommodating. I always have a hard time finding glasses that fit but the staff helped me find some great frames and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with them. The opticians also do awesome adjustments here. They’ve come up with all kinds of creative solutions to mold my frames to fit comfortably on my face and not slide down.
