I always had a great experience with FYI doctors back in my hometown in Brandon, Manitoba. I recently moved to Lethbridge, Alberta and I decided to continue my business with FYI doctors here but oh man! the experience in this branch has been such a disappointment, I came in kinda an emergency and I told them about my situation, the day of the appointment they seemed to care about what was happening and they said "we'll get this glasses for you as soon as possible, you just have to wait 3 to 5 business days" so far it has been 14 days since the appointment and apparently the glasses will not be there soon, please don't lie to people and they need to have consideration for those that have emergencies, a way to expedite the process so people don't have to wait longer while suffering for their eyes.

If you want to be disrespected, have your time wasted, and the have Dr. Oliver call you personally to tell you rudely to take your business elsewhere, then by all means choose FYI Doctors in Lethbridge Alberta. Will never be back! Worst eye exam experience ever!! And from reading the other experiences, Dr. Oliver is later A LOT!!

Dr. Melissa Leniuk, the receptionists, Krista and the rest of the staff were the best in Lethbridge. If you need to go and get some pair of new prescription glasses or get an eye exam, check this place. Has the friendliest people and you know the moment you get in the doors that they love what they do.

Our experience was wonderful!! My daughter and I both had eye exams completed. She is 2 weeks shy of turning 5 years old, and this was her first time visiting an optometrist office. She was a little nervous, as this was a new experience for her. The staff were great! Such a warm and friendly greeting at the front desk. The technician who did our initial tests and x-rays was so nice, and made my daughter feel very comfortable! Then, there is Dr. Oliver! Amazing man! He was so welcoming and easy to talk to. He chatted with my daughter and told her everything that he was going to do, and made the vision tests so fun for her! He was very thorough with both of us! He was recommended to me by a few people, and now I can fully understand why! Top notch optometrist and I am so glad that we found him!

Just tremendous service. I had a special request-glasses with cable temples. No other opt. would consider trying to help me out. I also had a tight timeline as I had to go north in 14 days. I got great initial service from Savannah and Mattlen-I got some choices around frames and with the temples custom fit to my needs. Then they were able to get me in quickly with Dr. Oliver for the eye exam. Bottom line was I had glasses I'd been looking for for the last two years in a little more than a week. Totally awesome customer experience. Thank you.

Hard to wrote a good review. The doctor that seen .y.son did a great job don't get me wrong she does care AND is good at the job. She was the only eye doctor to identify my sons eye conditions so far so that is a good art, HOWEVER the business aspect needs work. They charged me insurance for an exam that never even happened which caused someone else in the family to have issues trying to get an exam done a year later. They still haven't resolved it and it has become a big load of stress that was totally not even something that should have happened to begin with. I think they need to review how things are handle in such situations

So I recently got recommended to go to FYI doctors to see Dr Randy Oliver for my severe case of keratoconus I had to crosslink surgery on my right eye and my left was so severe they said that I would need a cornea transplant and I was pretty nervous about that but I was recommended to the Doctor Oliver and was recommended to get the scleral lenses and all I can say is that they changed my whole life made me realize how bad my vision really was and now it's almost perfect I can't believe how much the scleral lenses helped my left eye is so bad that for my eye exams without the lenses had to be done by asking me how many fingers he was holding up but with the contact lenses I was able to read almost 20/20 vision in my left it was a huge improvement I can't explain how much I am thankful for Dr Oliver and staff they have gone above and beyond for me they were very patient and helpful in answering any questions and concerns I may have had and I cannot thank them enough so thank you to Dr Oliver and staff at FYI doctors here in Lethbridge I couldn't recommend them enough
