If I could rate them a 0 star review I would. Worst experience with product and service ever. This is a lengthy review.
I purchased a pair of glasses 2 years ago from them. When making my purchase I had decided to buy the diamond elite lenses (as this was apparently their best).
Just over a year later the coating on my left lens started to peel off. At the time I was preganat and we had just been put into a lockdown due to the pandemic so I was not able to go in and have them take a look at it.
Once stores opened back up in the summer I had just given birth and going out was the last thing on my mind.
I decided to contact this location in December and spoke with the store manager who basically told me that all they could do was take off the coating on my lenses. She informed me that the technician who does this was not in for the day but to come in the next day and she could do it for me. I had asked what taking the coating off would do, the manager informed me it would take off the anti glare but I would still have the anti scratch as this was embedded in the lense. I asked how long this takes to complete, she informed me 15-20 minutes.
So I went in to get this done the following day. When I dropped them off the technician said it would be 45mins to 1 hours to complete. It took 1 hour, upon returning to pick up my glasses, the tech slid them across the counter to me, as soon as I saw them they were scratched so badly that they were now garbage. The technician tried to tell me that they were scratched now because the anti scratch was removed. However i don't understand how they got so badly scratched when they are putting the lenses into a clear liquid substance to remove the coating. When I gave these glasses to her to remove the coating there were 0 scratches on my lenses, now they had between 50-100 scratches on the inside and outside of both lenses. I was visibly upset. Another male technician then tried to chime in and say that this is how it is when you remove the anti scratch coating.
I told them this was not acceptable and that they destroyed my glasses and that I did not bring them in to have them scratch them beyond repair. The female technician then said well you can leave them here and come in the next day and speak with our manager and see what she can do. I then refused to do that, as I use my glasses for distance and would need to drive home and could possibly get into a car accident. I demanded that they do something about it now and not later. She then asked me to give her 10 minutes while she called the area manager.
After contacting the area manager she informed me they would be giving me new lenses and that it would be another 15 minutes. So I waited, and waited, and waited. 55 minutes later they were ready. Upon examining them, there was a huge chip in the corner of the left lense and a chunk of the lense was now missing. The technician then tried to explain to me that it was the machine that did this. Now I'm getting really frustrated at this point. She can clearly see that I am upset. She then says that she doesn't have anymore of my prescription in store and will have to order another one. So I set up with her to do that and call me when it arrives.
I got the phone call right before Christmas that they arrived and I went in to have them fixed by a different technician. They are now fixed however they did not smooth out the edge of the lense so now it is sharp. But I refuse to ever go back to this location or company ever again.

Update:
2 months after having them apparently fix the chip that the technician had made in my lense, the chip is now back as if they just filled it with something that has now fallen out. Instead of replacing the lense like they said they would.
Looks like I'm in the market for new glasses. What a waste of my money and time. They will not be getting my money ever again.
