Both my Wife and I have been customers of Visual Eyes for years, as others have stated... customer service of the highest level!! You have to try the wrap around prescription sunglasses, awesome for driving, golfing, water sports, etc. Nothing compares to this friendly family business, we highly recommend with 5/5+.

I've known Claudio for 11 years now, as I work right near him. He's gone out of his way on more than one occasion to help me in an eye wear emergency (broken glasses arm or broken nose bridge) and is always willing to help. I'm currently waiting for my 2nd pair of glasses from Visual Eyes, and I ended up choosing a pair that he took off the wall and suggested that I try - and I'm very excited to get! The showroom has a wide selection, I found exactly what I was looking for. And the fact that he could do a temporary fix on my broken glasses to last me til til I get the new ones is sooooo great. I'll always suggest Visual Eyes, Claudio and his wife are good people and I'm so happy to support their business.

It's totally worth it, and no one cares as much as Claudio. His advice on frames is 100% on point, and he can always tell what glasses suit you best. He has been giving excellent customer service WAY before online reviews even existed and I would never go anywhere else!

Claudio is the BEST optician in the world! I met him over 30 years ago when he was was just starting out in his optician training and I've followed him through to him owning/operating his own store. He and his wife are both extremely knowledgeable when it comes to having your eyes tested, picking frames and making decisions on lenses or contact lenses. My grown children only buy their glasses from Claudio. You keep going back to him because of his knowledge, skill and expertise and of course, friendliness and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The services are awesome ☺️. I did not find such an amazing customer service in whole Vancouver, Surrey or Burnby. Therefore, I travel from Vancouver to Langley just to buy or fix my glasses. The prices are also very good and easy fits in budget. This place has plenty of options to choose based upon your requirements. Claudio is great. Free eye check up services are available. Claudio understand their customers very well and offer the right solution of their problems. I highly recommend this place.

Visual eyes is the only place in Langley you should be going for your eye care. This is a family run business, and you’re taken care of when your there. No matter if you’re a new client, or a returning one - everyone gets a warm welcome, amazing and knowledgeable service, and the best price for glasses and contacts. Claudio and his wife Adina are beyond kind. My parents, my sister and myself all go to Visual Eyes, and have been for 17 years. If you’re looking for an optician for your child, or to get them their first pair of glasses (they have the CUTEST styles for kids) - go see Claudio. Maybe you’re new to the area and are looking for an optician for yourself, or just wanting to spruce up your frames/lenses (they also carry up to trend/stylish frames for teens/adults!) - go see Claudio! In my opinion - you’re missing out if you go anywhere else.

Today was the first time I saw Dr Johal and his team. I only have one word for this experience: FANTASTIC! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr Johal was friendly and professional. He listened to my issues and did the exam. He nailed my problem. As suspected, I had an imbalance between my left and right eye. He diagnosed and corrected the problem. The biggest surprise, I could wait till my glasses were ready! At the same visit! My eyes are as good as new and I can see without pain or headaches. Thank you Dr Johal! Thank you girls!

This is the only place I trust to go for my glasses and contact lenses. I have been going to Visual Eyes for over 15 years and there is no one I know who knows more about eye products and how to fit glasses than Claudeux and Adina. If you want to have fantastic service and a eye frames and lenses that range from traditional to unique that are great quality then only go here!!
