I've been wearing glasses for about 20 years, and this was by far my best overall experience purchasing new glasses. To start, their selection of glasses was great. I had plenty of different brands and styles to chose from, and had no problem finding ones that fit my face. Most importantly, Al and Tony were fantastic to work with when looking for a pair of glasses. They were able to use my initial selection of glasses to recommend similar styles that fit me better. They were also honest about what worked and what didn't, which really helped to to find the right pair of glasses. Even though I did a lot of research before going in, I ended up going with one of Al's suggestions and it's worked out great! Their prices are easily competitive with anywhere else I've purchased from. The lenses I got have also worked out great. They're so light and have so little glare that I thought I'd lost my lenses a couple of times, although I can still see just fine so they're clearly still there. The only minor downside was that their optometrist wasn't in every day. I'm not sure if that was because they're a small, independent store or if it's due to covid, but it can make scheduling a bit more challenging. However, she was an excellent optometrist. She was both professional and personable and absolutely nailed my prescription! All in all, I will definitely be going back the next time I need new glasses.

Hands down the best experience buying glasses I’ve ever had! I wish I could give it 10 stars! A friend told me Tony was amazing, but it took meeting him to understand. He has tonnes of frames and helped my daughter find exactly what she wanted. But what came next blew me away. He had them made for her on the spot. Then to top it off he gave us a discount so we could afford them and did direct billing to our extended plan so we didn’t have to pay a cent. He even offered to update the lenses on her old glasses free of charge so she has a spare set. We were in and out in about 25 minutes. I was so amazed. Looking for glasses? This is the place to go! Previously before the pandemic I had a great experience here. Unfortunately since then it's been less than stellar for both my wife and I. The service in store is good and the optometrist is awesome but the communication as soon as you leave is non-existent. They seem very disorganized. They didn't contact us when the contacts to sample came in and we had to go in to the store to find they had been there for weeks.

Choosing new frames is an important decision, as they become a part of your look for the next few years to come. This time around the decision was not an easy one, and I think I tried on half the frames in the store before I came upon the one I chose. During the process Tony offered comments and opinions, but never once pressured me. I am glad I came to Super Vision, as I love my new glasses and prescription sunglasses! There was one problem though, I had difficulty reading the bottom few lines of sheet music on my music stand with my progressives. Went back and Tony put in a new lens for that distance of my Rx into an old frame in ten minutes! I will definitely come back for all my glasses needs and recommend Super Vision to anyone looking for great service and knowledge.

AN HONEST MAN YOU CAN TRUST. If you need anything to with your eyes, go here first. I had gone to 6 other stores looking to get 2 pairs of frames and progressive lens with coatings. I had really loved my old frames that I had abused. Tony straightened my old frames, tightened the screws and replaced the nose rests for free before he even knew I was a buying customer. He was very helpful selecting my new frame for transitions. He gave me a great price the first time. Tony explained everything. I will never go anywhere else now that I have found this honest man.

My wife and I went to Super vision just to look around. Tony was in the store and was very pleasant and easy to deal with but also very knowledgeable in his field. We ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses that day . I picked up my glasses a few days later and had no issues. My wife had picked hers up about two weeks after as they were more intense to make. When she arrived Tony was not there at that time and she dealt with another gentleman ( Al ) who was also very good at explaining everything and really took the time to make sure her glasses were correct before she left. After our experience I decided to let a co-worker know about Super vision and she has now also purchased off them. No matter who you get, Tony or Al you will be taken care of.

Very happy that we found this place. They have been here for over 22 years. I found them by searching on Google and by calling around looking for a fair price and we decided to come here for the glasses and contacts prescription. We were greeted by the owner, his name is Tony and he cares more about what's right for you than making a quick buck. They don't really use Google advertising. Instead, they go by word of mouth. In our case, they also match prices online for glasses. Normally, we would buy our stuff online. I didn't have coverage and Tony helped me out and was willing to work with me. The optometrist was very nice as well. It wasn't awkward like every other place I have ever been to, I truly enjoyed my experience at Super Vision Optical.

Amazing. I've been overdue for an eye exam for a loooooong time, as usually it's too expensive, but I've been dealing with a lot of eye strain and find myself squinting a lot so I went hunting for a local place with good reviews, and I'm so happy I found Super Vision. I booked the exam and got in the following day (during this pandemic, no less), and everything went really well (I didn't catch the lovely lady's name who did the testing, but she was so pleasant and helpful). Picking out glasses afterwards was good, they have a decent variety, including the fancy-pants sorts, and settled on a colorful tortoiseshell pair that were up my alley. They were able to direct bill to my insurance, and even had the lenses on hand to put 'em together while we waited. The price was super reasonable, Tony offered to replace the lenses in my existing glasses for a backup pair for me (small cost, of course, but a good deal). Absolutely blown away; awesome service. The last few times I've taken care of optical needs has been through LensCrafters, and good lord, what a rip off - never again. You guys have my business. :) Thanks!

I need not to look any further in search of a lifetime eye care place. I have worn glasses for over 50 years, and I consider Super Vision as the best place to go in all areas of expertise and quality. The eye examiner has equipment to see the whole eye, and will click the lenses back and forth until you are sure which vision is better, very patient and so is the staff. They take the time for you even after you buy the glasses. They rank high in my books.

Not only did I save a lot of money, I am also so impressed with Tony’s professional knowledge, experience and best customer care. I bought a pair of glasses with progressive lens (not include transition lens) at another optical store in Surrey about 1 month ago and it costed me almost $900, but that other store in Surrey did not give me the right prescription and I ended up not wearing them because things look out of focus when I wore them. I am so happy that we found Tony’s company and this time I got the glasses with the right prescription and I can now see things very clearly with much better focus. I am also very happy that Tony saved me $300 with the best quality frame (Oakley) and best progressive with transition lens. I showed Tony my old pair of glasses I got at the other store and Tony offered to replace the lens for me for free with the new ones that give me much better vision so that I can reuse the old frame and have two pair of glasses that I can use. I cannot believe he offered the new lens to me for free, he is so nice, so patient and so kind to us! He also offer the same to my girlfriend! This is the best customer service I have ever experience! I fully recommend Tony’s company to everyone!

Great service here, Tony took the time to help me pick out new frames and the first one he picked was the one I ended up buying (even after trying on dozens!) Lots of styles and selection for both men and women. I've had progressives before but still had to wear readers for the computer so I thought that was normal! He guaranteed me I would only need one pair if they were done right and he was right! I'm very happy with my glasses and the service at this office is top-notch whether you deal with Tony or Al. Very happy that we found this place. They have been here for over 22 years. I found them by searching on Google and by calling around looking for a fair price and we decided to come here for the glasses and contacts prescription. We were greeted by the owner, his name is Tony and he cares more about what's right for you than making a quick buck. They don't really use Google advertising. Instead, they go by word of mouth. In our case, they also match prices online for glasses. Normally, we would buy our stuff online. I didn't have coverage and Tony helped me out and was willing to work with me. The optometrist was very nice as well. It wasn't awkward like every other place I have ever been to, I truly enjoyed my experience at Super Vision Optical.
