Got the lenses in my glasses replaced and also tried to get the lenses in my old Rayban prescription sunglasses replaced...they had difficulty fitting the frames...so they gave me a new pair of matching frames for free...couldn't ask for better service !

The worst business ever! Sales are down so they fire staff of 3 years with no notice or severance. Very bad business practice. Dozens and dozens of unhappy customers. When customers ask for a refund the answer is TOUGH LUCK! Poor leadership. ALL the current staff have very little knowledge. No qualified eye doctor on site. Very poor to little quality control.. it they chip it or break it they will still try to sell it to you! No refunds. The worst service imaginable. Untrained staff in the lab. The cheapest quality frames and lenses from China and Korea. The owner of this company is the devil manifest in the flesh. The staff call him Brucifer Bergez. You are better off going ANYWHERE but Great Glasses. STAY AWAY! Just google Bruce Bergez Great Glasses to find out the truth for yourself!

2 pairs of my glasses purchased at 3 for 1 Great Glasses were coming apart after 4 years and rather than buy new ones, they were able to fix them up so they should last for awhile longer. If not, they said they could put the lenses into another frame until my eye appointment, 3 months away. Great friendly service ????

Poor customer service skills paid 300 bucks one of my lenses were NOT thinned like I paid for other frame falls off my face constantly, asked what can be done about this she said she can't tell me over the phone ??? I moved to Delta . Wants me to take transit with a 3 year old to get info she could clearly tell me over the phone , rude rude rude I am not satisfied at all zero stars avoid Langley location !!!!!!!

The staff are rude and do not possess any customer service skills. They’ll put on an act to get you to buy, but don’t expect any after sales service, it does not exist. Ranu and Tammy at this location are two of the rudest human beings I’ve ever encountered. The owner, Bruce has no manners at all. Do not buy glasses from this place. They are a horrible addition to the walnut grove community. There are other alternatives to this shady, fraudulent and manipulative business. Always remember if the deals are too good to be true, that’s because they are!

I got pop up ads from 3-4-1 on my phone as I played a game. After a few, I looked at the site. And happened to be in the area a few weeks later, so I stopped in. A simple store, Covid protocols well done. I indicated that I just wanted to look, and was left alone for a few minutes....then a young tall chap in snappy trouser and shoes approached me. Well, turns out he's the owner. Gage knows his stuff, was super professional, and I chose 3 pairs of glasses. These 3 with high index lenses, coatings and transition or sunglass tint cost LESS than a single pair of glasses I bout 2 years ago from another place. Picked up the glasses today, and I am VERY pleased. They look great, lenses perfect (he upped my reading RX), and very good customer care. HIGHLY recommend Gage and his services. Don't be fooled by what you see on the shelves, Only one pair I picked was on display, the others come from the back where he they have many more pairs. Exceptional pricing, kind and thoughtful service, and I don't feel gouged for needing a glasses and wanting a pair (or more) that look good. Excellent business model. Wish them GREAT success. Sorry, too shy to post pics, as I hate selfies! Maybe they should take pics as you leave with great glasses....sorry, that's a pun. Have been happy at other places, but the costs not sensible. This makes sense.

I had bought the 3 for 1 and was happy about the price. Then one of the screws came loose on one of the pairs. I had dropped another pair and my grandson stepped on them with a loud crack. I brought both pairs in and one of the ladies there fixed both, reset to my face right there on the spot and I didn't charge me a thing. Great service!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our experiences with Great Glasses, Langley (Walnut Grove, Thunderbird Shopping Centre, tucked in the corner beside IGA). We were both looking for a few pairs of inexpensive glasses to wear with different outfits. We received very helpful, professional and friendly service from all the employees in person and over the phone. Love all our prescription glasses and sunglasses & the quick service. The free cleaner, case, cloth and adjustments anytime are a nice bonus. *Ask for a very cool "colour changing" eyeglass case - if they still have them in stock :)
