Debbie Mozelle is a well established business in our Langley community and I have recommended and will continue to recommend the store to friends and others.

You know I am a Real Person, not asked to say anything good or bad but you know, I had a mistake in my Glasses part by the Dr and part by Debbies Crew, when I came in and 4 months later to check why I was still blurry thinking it was because I didn't have tints this time found out the prescription was wrong... Debbie Stepped up and Said " NO PROBLEM" we will fix them for FREE... What a great Crew and Awesome Debbie.... Thank you so much... OH YAH, I don't have blurred vision anymore.

If you want the best service with friendly people then this is the place to go. More importantly, the prices of glasses are much lower than the competitors, yet if there is any problem, the repair is usually free. We have bought various types of glasses and frames from Debbie for the past three years. I do not see any reason to change.

I recommend Debbie Mozelle to the people I know because it is an honest place. The employees are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They were very accomodating to me since as a mother with two children under my wings, I take up a lot of space. One employee even offered to hold my baby to make things easier. Lastly, I have called around and I found that Debbie Mozelle was the most economically priced. I took advantage of a free pair of frames with the very basic lenses and was not pressured to spend more money. Thank you. I also returned because I was finding my new lenses to be a bit funky, and they confirmed that one of the lenses did have a flaw and repaired it at no cost to me.

I needed special lenses with a tint and prisms for my daughter for Vision Therapy. The staff here were extremely helpful and went out of their way to source them for us. The Dr. at the vision clinic was very happy with the results and said that the lenses were perfect. Plus, they had the best price in town - win win!!

I bought glasses, and I paid for the anti-scratch coating. They didnt put the anti-scratch on my glasses. Within a week there were spots on my glasses. I took them in to have the lenses replaced and the coating put on. I went and picked them up, and the worst spots are still on my glasses. They lied to me about replacing the lenses. Last night when I spoke with Debbie Mozelle, and she repeatedly asked if it was just "a reflection or glare"? Im on disability, and now I have glasses with spots, and Debbie Mozelle was laughing about it.

A few years ago I needed to upgrade my prescription glasses. I was indecisive about which optician to go to, until I happened to come across an ad in our local Surrey newspaper advertising Debbie Mozelle Designer Optical. I took the chance and drove out to Langley not sure what to expect. What a pleasant surprise I encountered at the store, well worth the trip. The staff really "CARE about your eyes", are so friendly, patient, and make you feel very comfortable while you browse for frames. They are also extremely knowledgeable about anything optical and you leave feeling satisfied that your eyes are in good hands. I will be attending the store in the near future for a further upgrade, and looking forward to my visit! Thank you Debbie and your excellent team!
