She took time to discover our needs and recommended the best pairs for us. We really like how the pairs coming out with perfect fitting our face shape as well as light weight, blue light protection and more. Two months ago, I decided to try contact lenses for the first time. I searched the Langley area, and compared prices. The far lowest was Crossing Optical. I went on to check out the shop, and found out that it is highly professional. Sladana is very positive and welcoming, and that gave me relaxation during the entire process. She is very skillful and patient, and invested extra time and effort, to thoroughly exam my eyes, and to help me learn how to put my contacts on and off. THANK YOU!!!! Last month my wife and I had to travel to a tropical destination to meet with our organization's board chair. For over a year I had put up with old glasses that had deteriorated till they were difficult to look through. Going on this trip to a location we had never been, I really wanted to get a new pair of glasses so I could appreciate the beauty. First I shopped online looking at every available option of which there are thousands. Then I decided to stop by Crossing Optical to see what they might have, assuming that they probably wouldn’t have anything I liked compare to all the options online. It was in my first meeting with Sladana, that I realized her experience and expertise in eyewear far exceeded anything I would find online. I went home and pulled together a short list of eyewear I had seen online that I wanted to try one. Not only did Sladana have a good selection in store, she even had one of her suppliers bring in several options that I had highlighted. But then came the travel timeline. We were now two weeks out from leaving by the time I picked my frames. Several days before my trip, I received notification that the lab had completed my lens. But they were in Burnaby. The day before we left, Sladana said she had picked up the glasses and wanted to deliver them to me. I said, “Like, to my home?” She said, “Yes, my husband Max and I will drop them off.” I was blown away. But when they arrived, she not only had my glasses along with a gift bag of care goodies. She also had her tools to perfectly soften and mold my glasses to my face. She and Max probably spent close to a half hour making sure my glasses were perfectly fitting: not too loose, not too tight, in every way. I honestly can’t recommend Crossing Optical to highly. They are honest, helpful, and in the end their prices were only a small fraction higher than what I would have paid online to receive NO help at all. Thank you for all you did. My trip was beautiful and I got to REALLY SEE all of it!

Without exaggeration, the service I received at Crossing Optical was nothing less than exceptional! From the moment I first met Anna and Max, they listened intently about my requirements and we worked out great cost-effective plan. At a follow-up, Anna checked out my eyes with leading edge instrumentation and she meticulously proceeded to do her work on me. Their facility was exceptionally clean and they followed Covid19 procedures through all of my time there. Both provided some old-fashioned gracefulness and awesome customer service through the entire experience. When I picked up my glasses, they fit very well, were more durable that ones I had ever had, and even the glass case was the best I was ever given in the past. Have been dealing with weakening eyesight for 10 years now, mostly only reading issues, and have been fixing it with cheap, low quality reading glasses from places like drugstores & Costco. Finally decided to splurge and get myself some good quality, and fashionable everyday glasses so that I can stop always searching for my cheap ones. I looked up a couple local providers, that were non-large commercial providers, ( I like to support local), and came across Crossing Optical, which was also relatively close to home for me. I couldn't be happier!
