I had an appointment this morning at 9:00am. Not one optometrist bothered to show up. Waited 20 minutes. Nothing. The secretary couldn't get hold of anyone. Don't they have cellular phones? I do not recommend this business. And BTW don't bother looking at reviews of "Local Guides" (below) as they get paid for reviews.

A very good place with very professional workers. I went there with a broken frame and wanted to put my lenses in a new one. The price here is a bit high, they give you one particular figure and service was fast.

I chose Lunetterie Ocularium because they were the only ones I could find in Montreal that listed the price of an eye exam on their website. They were very friendly and I felt like they really took the time to carefully evaluate my vision needs, without being pushy. I wasn't originally planning to buy lenses from them, but their service was so good that I went for it. So far I have not regretted that decision. Their turnaround was very fast and I can see much better than with my old lenses.

Dr. Sandroussy understood my examination concerns from a negative experience at another clinic and took the time to do a very thorough and detailed review. I did not feel any pressure to buy glasses, but I took a pair anyway, the price is very reasonable. I got my prescription (without PID but I did not ask) at the end of the visit. (Original) Super service, prix raisonables. Docteur Sandroussy a bien compris mes soucis liés à l'examen suite à une expérience négative à une autre clinique et a pris le temps de faire un examen très complet et détaillé. Je n'ai pas senti de pression pour acheter des lunettes, mais j'en ai pris une paire quand même, le prix étant très raisonnable. J'ai obtenu ma prescription (sans PID mais je n'ai pas demandé) à la fin de la visite.

My first experience with Lunetterie Ocularium. I was very satisfied with the eye exam given by Dr. Baron. Extremely efficient. Excellent staff, very helpful with choosing my frames with me and took the time to give me a good fit. Prices very reasonable. I highly recommend if you want good service.

I broke my glasses today. Correction my cat pushed them off the dresser and they broke in half. And I called them after panicking because no other place would take my lenses and fit them into new frames. They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment and I found a gorgeous pair of frames. They were very nice and friendly and helpful and will be coming back for my eye test and new prescription and new glasses next month!

kind and couteous team, they take their time to answer your questions. Also great for minor emergencies in a pinch (faster than a 'walk in' clinic)

Very patient and thorough Optometrist who really took the time to understand the issue I was having. I don't know about other people but I struggle to be able to describe issues with my vision in a manner that makes sense. Optician was very helpful and gave me great options to choose from and took the time to explain how my prescription would work and the purpose of my glasses. The store is very clean and they sanitize everything constantly. Prices are amazing. This is why I go to a local store instead of online. Buy local, people!

I went to the Lunetterie Ocularium for the first time last week for an eye exam and I was more than happy with my experience. Dr. Baron was very kind and helpful and gave me some great tips on how to reduce eye strain. I wasn’t necessarily intending to purchase new frames (I was afraid of what the price would be), but the glasses turned out to be reasonably priced and I was able to find a new pair that I love within my budget. The whole process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them!
