0riel , the Registered Optician at the Glasgow location, assisted me today with my prescription eyeglass and sunglasses purchase. Her covid protocol compliance was exemplary. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable, very efficient, and her personality is superbly congenial and lovely. I enjoy eyeglass shopping however today Oriel made my experience even that much more enjoyable. Her competency in performing her job makes you feel very confident when purchasing your investment in your eyewear. I would recommend Specs Appeal and feel that Oriel is a definite asset to the business.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and patient. I had been to a few other stores and couldn't find anything I would actually enjoy wearing every day. They spent nearly an hour helping me try on different frames until I found a pair I loved! Definitely recommend specs appeal (not to mention my glasses were nearly half of what would have paid at the mall). Thanks for all your help!
