ALL WE CAN SAY IS WOW!!! You sir are a miracle worker, my wife Haley and I were in there earlier today with an emergency. You are a very knowledgeable and welcoming person. Haleys glasses were pretty badly damaged with 1 of the arms snapped off. Not only did you find an amazing frame that suited her face structure, our munds are still blown how fast you were able to get her new glasses and seeing again just wow you sir are a true master of your craft. My puppy destroyed my glasses on Christmas, and I was so worried because I need it for work the next day and everything else. I called 2020 vision (I've been a customer for years) thinking no one will pick up but fortunately enough Vajih (the owner) answered the phone and told him I need my glasses for work the next day and it was an emergency, we came in at 1230 the same day and the glasses were ready in 15 minutes!! I got my new glasses in 15, it was unbelievable how good he treat his customers. Thank you so much for being a real MVP. Merry Christmas and happy new year Vajih!

My family and I first started going to this store in 2009ish because we booked eye exams. At that time we also purchased glasses for all 4 of us. We were very impressed with the customer service provided to us by the owner. You couldn't ask for a more friendly person. I can honestly say the I do this receive customer service like this from anyone else. The store is gorgeous and you can tell it is very well taken care of. Look at the photos and the virtual walk thru here on Google. There is a lot of selection in the store and you would be hard pressed to not find something you like. I see these negative comments and I don't believe them for one minute. There is no pressure to buy anything you don't want. No scamming whatsoever. It's common for competition to post negative comments to make it appear like a bad business, happens to all businesses on reviews. My family and I will be lifetime customers. Thank you so much for being there for me and my family 20/20.

Went in asking if they would be willing to make an adjustment to my glasses. This was something that I have done at this location once before, without any problems. I asked if they still offer the service and said I would be willing to pay. The owner came out and gave me a condescending lecture about how his business is not doing well because of people like me making online purchases. I started to tell him that my partner has un-used vision benefits and that I would be looking to get new frames in the future but was cut off and told that losing a customer like me is not a big deal and if I have my own business I will understand. A simple answer of 'no we no longer provide that service' would have been respected and understood. Once again thank you for your time, I will not be wasting it again. The optician at Frederick Mall has always been respectful and even though that location is not convenient for me I will be taking my future business there.

Disregard any negative reviews. Positive reviews for this place are universally positive and 5-star and deservedly so. My story: 1. I came here for first time after moving several years ago and have since had two eye tests with two different doctors, both excellent. 2. walk in any time and you will be welcomed and receive professional help and advice, often for free. 3. THIS is what prompted me for the first time ever to post a rating for a business: getting ready for work today, was cleaning my glasses when my 6-year-old frames snapped/broke. I tried to glue them, tape them, all the while realizing it was likely a lost cause so anyway went up to 20/20 and Shahab, the customer service rep who opened the store at 9 am, confirmed to me that my frames were not repairable. So, off he went to find replacement frames and offered me 3-4 that would fit my lense shape; I settled on one, he said go for a coffee which I did and all would be done within a half hour from my entrance to the store. Less than half hour later I am sipping my coffee at a restaurant next door, he calls, I go in, get my new frames, similar to what I had and actually better, stronger, will last longer, got a discount, got to work just 15 minutes later than I would have, all done in about 40 minutes. This, and previous service by the owner Vajih (hope I have it right) is typical of this business, its owner and his employees. A1. Highly recommended.

The last pair of frames I bought from this store broke twice after using the manufacturer's warranty because I was wiping down the lenses.... stressful and frustrating. Spent all my benefits already on the pair so now got to pay out of pocket... Several times I got to go back for simple minor fixes like screws unthreading themselves or nose pads breaking off. I might handle them a little tougher than most but for an expensive product, quality is extremely low... Employees that work here are great nonetheless.

Professional, friendly, excellent service. My husband broke the arm of his rimless glasses. We took them to 2020, and even though it was the day after a weekend and thus super busy for the owner, he got the glasses fixed in a couple of hours. Good as news. We felt well looked after, and it's clear that the owner takes lots of pride in his work. My family will always go to 2020 for our vision needs.

Cool frames & Fantastic Service I got a pair of glasses from 2020 vision and I get nothing but compliments on them. A lot of people even ask me if they are 'real' or if they are just for fashion, which is pretty funny to me because I don't consider myself to be a fashionista. I needed a repair on the glasses, and they replaced my lenses in just a few hours and gave me a really great deal on it too. I really appreciate the service here!

Honest review Worst experience. Never ever will buy from here. First of all the sales guy was just making instant offers who doesn’t have any knowledge and misleaded us about Insuarance thing. The owner is good and knows better. Now after 3 months the glasses are loose and come off when I look down. Cheap quality stuff. We almost spent like $1400 for 4 glasses. Will Never buy from here.

The optician, Vajih, was way more accommodating and generous than I would ever expect someone to be when conducting business-- and with little or no personal gain on his part, as I am on Ontario Works and the profit he made with me was less than some other clients, I'm sure. I called to inquire about making an appointment to pick out glasses! Not only was I able to come in immediately but the service was wonderful! It was not rushed, very informative and kind. I picked out what I wanted and not only will they have it ready for me in a few days but would've had it today if they didn't have 1 staff member away! In terms of overall service 10/10!

This place came recommended but I won't be going back. I purchased a pair of frames before taking off for a year. The whole time I was away, the lenses kept popping out. I had to get them fixed four times. When I returned to KW and told Vajih I didn't like the frames he sold me, he stated yelling at me in front of the whole store. Completely unprofessional. I won't be going back. Shop elsewhere. Save your long reply Vajih, I won't be reading it.

I went to this place because my friends told me that this is the best optometrist clinic in KW. However, when I went there and ask for a quote of how much is to replace demo rimless lenses with prescription and the cost of the exam, they were harsh on me and concluded of not doing business. But, I was doing business of having my glasses to be replaced because my glasses are getting old. So, I will not come here.

Optometrist was friendly and professional but the sales process was sketchy. I found out later that I could have got the same glasses at Costco for considerably less. A young guy behind the counter also tried to take back the packaging for my Ray Bans which made me think they might be selling knock offs in genuine packaging. I'm pretty sure my frames are genuine but the experience left a sour taste regardless. I won't be back.

I first went to 20/20 last year and it was an incredible experience. I have a very difficult prescription and I often have to wait for my glasses to be completed because my lenses have to be ordered in for the first time I had my glasses in an hour and I have this clinic to thank. They keep all types of lenses in stock to be able to serve all customers and he didn't even charge me extra for things like anti-scratch coating because my lenses are so expensive to start with. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great service and new glasses in a timely manner.

I went here for a new pair of glasses after a very long time without getting my prescription updated. We didn't get our exams done here, but probably will in the future when we need it. The staff were friendly and patient while we browsed and tried on some pairs and looked at the different styles they had available. When we we chose the ones we liked, everything was thoroughly explained and I appreciated how attentive the staff were with my family and I. All of our questions were answered and they gave us honest feedback and were happy to assist us with everything. I didn't feel rushed or if they were trying to sell us more than what we were looking for. Very professional, and great service. The owner, Vajih, helped me out big time. I needed to get new lenses for my glasses quickly, as one was broken after my dog chewed it. I called him at 6pm, and he said come on down and he could make them for me on the spot. By 7pm, I was back home with brand new lenses! He made them while I waited - about 15 minutes, all told. (I had tried Hakim Optical, and they said it would take 2 weeks, since they had closed all their labs and everything had to go to Toronto.)

I basically never right reviews but this place is just so great I had to put in the extra effort. I have been going here for years, at first really because I noticed the owner went the extra mile to his glasses accessible to everyone. I have always gotten a good deal here but what I appreciate more is much how the owner cares. I could could give a few small examples from over the years but today tops them all. Today for the second time my arm broke on my glasses in the last six month (the first time he fixed it for free) and this time it wasn't fixable. I was really blown away because when I got the call that it was fixed, instead he replaced it, at no cost. I cannot say how much I appreciate it as this is a cash tight time of a year and not to mention being able to see properly over the Christmas holidays. I cannot recommend this place enough - good deals - and the best costumer service.

Excellent and friendly service. The owner (?) was very friendly and helpful, and he took care of all our (my wife and I) insurance filing. In the end, I put no money down. Just showed my insurance card. About six months later, my frames broke, and he was able to replace them on the spot. I originally went to 20/20 on the advice of a friend, and I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great cx service.

My husband's glasses broke and in desperate need of replacement so we went to *insert large brand name company here* who told him that him that 1) his prescription was so high they don't carry the lenses for it, 2) to stay away from cetain frames because his prescription would be too big/unattractive for them and 3) it would take a week and cost him an arm and a leg!! Needless to say we were discouraged. However, we decided to take a chance on 2020 vision as we were passing by and not only was the owner super kind but extremely helpful. He had multiple lenses in stock that fit my husbands prescription, made great recommations on what frames would be the most comfortable and affordable long term for him, and he could get his glasses made that day without breaking the bank. Thank you 2020 vision for putting the smile back on my husbands face.

Visited on October 19. Mr. Rajabi was extremely patient and very helpful, explained a lot about various new technologies (I didn't know about them), and was very kind and friendly throughout the whole visit. I spent there about 1-1.5 hours. Most of all, I'm very grateful for his patience with my prolonged search for suitable frames. I also appreciated the fact that at no point in time did I feel that there were attempts to upsell me stuff I didn't need or was not interested in. All in all, a very good experience and I'm very happy with the assistance. Will be happy to be a repeat customer.
