I was fairly satisfied with my visit. I felt like i was being pushed towards the more expensive frames so they recieved a bigger commission, but other than that im happy with my results. Dr.Hung was great while getting my eye exam. Overall great experience EDIT; after doing some research the frames i got i could have gotten my same pair of frames directly from burberry for half the price. So beware this place is extreamly expensive.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Hung for several years and have been very happy. Every year my husband or I buy new glasses at Lens Crafters. We generally get 2 pair each on alternating years. This is a good investment as our prescriptions are quite strong and our lenses are expensive. Their glasses are quite pricey and there is always an upsell. Each and every year we drop between $1000-$2000. All glasses are always in designer frames. The staff are quite helpful and knowledgeable. This is why we continually go back. I must say I was quite appalled when my husband and I both purchased glasses this year. 5 pair between us. Approximately $4000.00 When I asked for the spray to clean our glasses I was told I could come by anytime and they would be quite happy to clean them for us. They wanted to charge us for a bottle of glasses cleanser. Of course I didn't buy it as not only did we just finish paying for 5 pairs of glasses, but also a protection plan. For this, they have lost my business. Hope the $7.99 bottle of cleaner was worth it. It was quite embarrassing. It should have been included with our new glasses. Thank you Lens Crafters. Happy our business is important to you.

Decent store, what you would expect from any LensCrafters. Staff is polite and prices can be on the pricier end but they have good selection. This review is for the store not for the optometrist connected to it, I don't recommend him, he is rude, expensive, slow and was not able to help us at all.

The doctors and LensCrafters employees are an incredible group of people willing to help even the pickiest of people find a pair of glasses right for them. I believe her name was Andrea who spent a good amount of time helping me pick out pairs, I really appreciate her attentiveness to my likes and dislikes as she helped me navigate through the selection of frames. For price point of course you’re paying for what you get, be it the in house brand or designer, and then of course any lens specifications. It can be higher priced, but keep an eye out for their deals! Well worth the visit and purchase

Really helpful staff. It's so difficult to choose a pair of glasses in this Covid environment. Wearing a mask, and trying on glasses when you really cannot see how they look on you. They keep all the frames you try on so they can wipe them down when you're done. And they have a 30 day guarantee if you're not happy. Thanks!

This is my personal experience and does not reflect on everyone else's experience. I'm from a sales background and I essentially sell warranties for living. Part 1 Examination: I got an eye exam with Dr. Stoikos. It was pretty standard, he didn't really take the time to get to know me. If you're just looking for quick prescription and wanna fly out real quick, this place is somewhat adequate Part 2 (In store): They have cheap parlor sales tactics. Right after the examination, they'll try to rush you to try some glasses and buy something while disregarding your time & schedule. I thought it was just me overthinking it so a few weeks later I returned to give the store a shot. They don't have a lot of inventory, and apparently they don't do PD measurements until "you buy something" nor does the doctor take those measurements ("It's at the doctor's discretion"). I almost burst into laughter, honestly an examination at $120 doesn't even include a PD measurement? Does this store think they are the only game in town or the only town that has the game from surrounding stores/towns? Is this how you want to earn business? I asked for a quote anyways and the quote came preloaded with a warranty, they didn't ask for my business, what gives them the right to preload it with warranty? Qualify your customers and their needs first All in all, I wouldn't spend my dollar here. There are much better places/optometrist to spend your money. (Better service, more selection, no cheap parlor sales tactics) Do your own research

They were literally amazing I broke my glasses in the morning and went to work thinking I’ll never get them fixed for a good week till I had the time. Everyone is so friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and they always make you feel that your well-being matters. The selection of frames is great and no one will recommend a set that doesn’t fit you properly. If you do have any problems once your glasses are ready - they will help immediately. My family has been going to this location since they opened and I can’t recommend this store enough!

Spent over $400 for progressive glasses and I can see better without them. I tried going back to get them adjusted but Dr.Hung said I had to go back to LensCrafters first. So I did and Marz basically blamed everything but the glasses. Said it was probably my desk, my computer, the chair I sit in, etc. he adjusted the arms of my glasses so they sat closer on my face but it didn’t help. So now I’m out $400 and have a pair of glasses I can’t even wear...will never go back!
