Good selection and prices for your vacation stay in Kimberley. Cheesemas special event has great in-store cheese selections before Christmas with try before you buy. Before heading in/ut, make sure to buy lots from the excellent Bakery at the Platzl.

Was stressful navigating the crowded aisles of the new store as everyone was eager to check it out. However I was aided by an extremely friendly young man named Sean Pieters. He was very helpful and catered to my every need. Made it an easy and enjoyable experience.

Decent place always clean, but the building is dated, and I kinda like it that way. Staff are friendly and shelves are well stocked. I am interested to see how the building renovation goes and what changes it will bring. I like the use of green paint in the parking lot too????

It's a grocery store, lots of young employees. It's clean and well stocked, lots of options and the produce is always neat and clean and well plenished. I do have a suggestion and I always do....some and not all of the staff need to learn how to greet and make customers feel welcome such as a simple hello how are you today....and smile if your not happy to be working there I don't want to shop there! Acknowledge people they are helping to pay your wage...they grumps could take lessons from Pete Meaner, seriously????

make sure to use their rewards card to access sales or its expensive. they have one u can borrow at the till if you are traveling through. their bakery is ok but not on site, so much of it is from frozen.

I super appreciate Bev(y), the cashier, for her kindness and humor. I really wish she was still able to participate in the face covering protocol with her shield rather than a mask, as she had been doing for 14 months until an unruly customer complained. Your kindness has not gone unnoticed and I hope you get the justice you deserve!! 99% of people would rather see your beautiful smile than have it muzzled under a mask that makes it hard to breathe!!

Staff is always fantastic. Can't wait to see the new store. Only complaint I've been in 6 times trying to find Kootenay Coffee #3, I'm always told it's on order. When I contacted Kootenay Coffee they said they are the only ones who carry it in the area. ????

Very disorganized, poorly run, very dusty & dirty in the water filling section, not enough produce to match their sales fliers - & U can return up to 4 times, for things advertised on sale - & those products are still not there!!! One entrance is virtually blocked with displays that could be/ should be set up in a much more appealing & accessible way. Considering this store is in Canada, it's set up like it's in a 3rd world country. In it's day, this store used to have competitive sale prices, be clean, & well run. The best - & only thing good about this store, is it's friendly staff...esp Jim, who went out of his way, to try & satisfy this disgruntled customer!! The staff need to keep smiling, bcuz this is the only - & best tjing about this 'store'!!

Decent selection of foods. I was kinda dumbfounded by the lack of shopping baskets and carts though. The one towable shopping basket I did find had a broken handle. Went back 2 days later, and it's still there. Why is this even out? Remove broken shopping hardware from service and spend a little bit of money so customers have some hardware to shop with as they walk around gathering food.

A fantastic bakery,again, with lots of tasty options. Save on foods also honors price match which helps customers and encourages them to shop here. The new parking lot is almost complete which is even more encouraging for shoppers to come in and be delighted
