Customer service was great, Jason took great care of me when I wondered in the building. He gave me a run down of the pilot that was on the show room floor and I was sold! He followed the budget I gave him and found a great vehicle with great features, he even followed up with us a week later to see how we are enjoying the new pilot. We had troubles with my CRV about 40km out of Kenora on a road trip. We stopped when we got to Kenora and Melanie and Blair were able to make time to see us. They diagnosed the problem, fixed what they could, and found a source for the part they didn’t have—when we decided to get the rest fixed in Winnipeg they called ahead and even got us an appointment at the Winnipeg Honda Dealer. Throughout our experience there Melanie and Blair were nothing but incredibly nice and knowledgeable. We really appreciated their help and expertise.

Classic stealer ship, we will give you $1000 above what your vehicle is worth (a special they have from time to time), then when they have your vehicle they will tell you its worth $500. Classic tactics for max. profit, but your too lazy to sell privately so you go along with the scam, then they tell you we will have your new (or certified used) vehicle all cleaned up and fueled, and you think nice, right? Check you bill before signing because they will have tacked on charges for cleaning and fueling the vehicle. What a bunch of greedy buggers, no?

The lock cylinder in my ignition failed making it impossible to start, move or use my Honda CRV in any way. I called Kenora Honda and spoke with Jason B. the service advisor and with my VIN he ordered the part and gave me an estimate over the phone. Long story short, I was expecting my vehicle to be down for several days but the same day I had my vehicle towed there, during a pandemic, my car is fixed and ready to go! I am thrilled! Excellent, prompt and friendly service!!

I was recently on a fishing trip in Ear Falls, Ontario. Approximately 2.5 hours from Olsen Honda. The lock cylinder in my ignition failed making impossible to start my vehicle. The local mechanic could not complete repairs due to Honda software being needed to program in a new key. I called Olsen Honda and talked with Ryan in Service. He talked me through the repair and gave me an esitmate. I had the truck towed to Olsen. They completed the repair quickly. Not only that but Ryan drove the vehicle back to me on a Saturday. You don't get service like this everywhere. They were quick, friendly and the right price. If I lived in the Kenora area I know where I would be doing business. Thanks to Olsen Honda for saving the day.

The team at Kenora Honda are absolutely incredible, especially the parts manager Melanie! My wife and I had an issue with our Honda Odyssey while driving across the country. We were about 100kms from Kenora and so we called the dealership and spoke to the parts manager Melanie. Right from the outset Melanie was amazing. She tried to help us find towing solutions, and when we couldn't take that option (due to covid restrictions) and decided to drive there ourselves (carefully) she phoned to check on us to make sure everything was going okay. When we got there the service department was booked up for 2 weeks solid but Melanie somehow managed to fit us in and get the parts we needed on order right away. The parts arrived within 24 hours and Melanie was able to book us in to have them installed the next day. While doing the install we asked the mechanic if he would mind checking our front end as there had been some knocking sounds. He did this free of charge and found an issue with our control arm that could potentially have had very serious consequences if it failed. It was the end of the day at this point and again Melanie was able to order the parts and fit us in the very next day. The mechanics were exceptional at explaining everything to us and the control arm repair even came in cheaper than quoted! As we had been staying in the campground in town but had packed up and checked out, Melanie offered to take us to her home and let us use her awesome camping trailer for the night! She then had us picked up the next day when our vehicle was ready! We had a recall that needed doing once we were back in Ottawa and she took care of all the details for that and arranged everything with a dealership back in Ottawa. The whole team at Kenora were absolutely fantastic and treated us like family. Melanie basically restored our faith in humanity and could not possibly have done more to help us. We can't say enough good things about our experience and are so grateful that our vehicle trouble happened near Kenora! Thank you so much Honda Kenora and especially you Melanie for going way way above and beyond and turning what should have been a stressful experience for us into a mini vacation!

Very poor customer service. We were told there was no wiggle room on the price of a used veachle... the next day it was reduced to the public by over $1000 dollars. They were not willing to work with us at all.
