Awesome store, awesome eyewear & awesome service from Walter ( owner) & Sandy ( also licensed optician). Found my favorite first time....and then searched all Kelowna ( almost) and Vernon for another pair ...just in case. Thousands of pairs of 'OK to nice' frames...and some horribly boring...back I went for my 'limited run' color combination....'D-gree'. He has lines nobody else carries, and many very unique!! Was looking for something 'different' ( but not 'out there')....and found it BIG TIME! Anne & Valentin handmade and beautiful!...Perfect fit...LOVE them!...and then there's Walter :)...Yes...he's got a lab...so no sending away & waiting....and he's 'awesomesauce'. He made my first pair of progressive glasses ...and although I can't compare...he fit them perfect! I put them on, had a couple minutes of adjusting & 'getting it'....and wore them the next 6 hours or more...no issues!!! He has 'different', but also 'safe'....if you want 'custom eyewear' you must try here, since as an independent, isn't bound to a particular lense or product....and uses his judgement & your wants to give you what you need, want, and works best for you! He can also sight test you. Even if you have to buy a frame elsewhere...talk to him about having him 'fit' them for you. Bought frame Sunday, lenses in Thurs, glasses perfect by Saturday. Absolutely no regrets, and will always consider him first for the build....of any future glasses I buy.

Amazing experience with Walter and Sandy. My lenses (from a different optical store) never really worked for me, so I avoided wearing my glasses. But when I saw all the work Sandy did to fit my husband for his first pair of glasses, I knew this was the store that could identify what was wrong and help me fix it. New lenses put into my frames, and I'm able to see without issues!! Thank you Walter and Sandy!!

Wow, I don't have to go to Vancouver or Calgary anymore this place has better frames and service than anyone in the okanagan (actually Vancouver too!). I bought Anne & Valentin prescription glasses and Oliver Peoples prescription sunglasses here... Thought I'd have I'd have to wait a while like everywhere else in the valley but NO they have a freakin lens lab in the back! They had me looking sweet and fast Thank you Walter and Sandy!
