My family has been coming here for over 26 years and have had a wonderful experience each time. Everyone here is very helpful and friendly. I recently ordered a pair of glasses from Shannon and she was extremely helpful in finding a pair that would suit my specific needs. I would highly recommend this place to others.

I'm satisfied with the service and product I received here. I had been loyal to another optometry / eyeglass provider in the valley for over 20 years, but recently became a little disenchanted with some of their changes (transformation to amalgamate with the FYIdoctors chain). I switched to Tutt St Optometry for a check up, and Okanagan Optical is attached to them. I know that you can take your prescription anywhere, and I've been through the whole buying glasses online experiment, but I still prefer to buy my eyeglasses from a place like this. I have a very heavy and unusual astigmatism prescription, and I feel that having a qualified person help me choose lenses and mark the focal point can make a difference. All the ladies here were helpful and competent. It took me a few visits to settle on a frame. Their frame prices seemed surprisingly affordable, especially considering the part of town they're located in. To me, though, the frame price is negligible to the lens price. In the end, I feel this is the best pair of glasses I've owned and my peripheral vision is greatly enhanced compared to my last pair. The lady who fitted me offered great advice and insight on the whole process (lens suppliers, etc.), as I had a number of questions that I doubt many people bother to ask. Then again, most people don't have as atrocious of eyes as mine. They also provide a bottle of the best lens cleaning solution I have ever used, with free refills. Additionally, I was kindly welcomed back for routine adjustments and replacement nosepads. I'm sure many places offer these perks, but never have they been made so available to me.

I cant express how amazing and professional the staff were here! Sarah went above and beyond to help me find the best glasses that suited my face frame and personality! They have a huge assortment of glasses there...easy to find what suits you. Thanks again!

I don't normally leave reviews for businesses but the interaction I had today with the sales associate at Okanagan Optical was completely unprofessional. I came in to have a pair of glasses adjusted. The associate assisting me asked if I had purchased the glasses from Okanagan Optometry. No I had not, but I get my eye exams done at Tutt Street Optometry and have for 15 plus years. She proceeded to lecture me about how the two businesses are not connected. The two businesses share an office space! She then went on to make a clumsy car analogy about how if I wouldn't have a Chevy serviced at a Honda dealer why would I get my glasses adjusted there since I hadn't purchased them from Okanagan Optical. The interaction was rude, unprofessional and uncomfortable. I will be in the market for a new pair of glasses soon and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
