We were visiting Kelowna and my significant other walked in to look at frames. She had in her purse a vintage frame with a broken arm that she had not been able to get fixed anywhere, even at home. The owner Lana Blevis offered to have a look and was able to give them life. Many other places didn't even want to attempt as they rather sell you new ones. We were so impressed with her knowledge and her service. She has a great selection of frames and gave us a very reasonable quote on new glasses. HOWEVER, she even gave us a name of a place in Edmonton of someone she knows that could help us should we decide to get new glasses and would prefer to deal closer to home. Totally impressed and highly recommend Inspired Eyes Creative Eyewear. Now that's service.

I've been buying glasses for decades and this is the best place I have ever been to. The optician takes as much time as you want to explain everything and show you rather fascinatingly detailed pictures of the insides of your eyes. Lana then goes way out of her way to help find the perfect pair of glasses. I don't think I've ever bought anything in my life from someone so pleasant, helpful, and knowledgable. The shop is clean and bright with lots of fun glasses styles. The glasses I got are fantastic, beautiful, and despite my terrible vision the lenses are very thin and light.

I met Lana Belvis of InspiredEyes at the Women's Fair in Kelowna. I liked her right from the get-go. She has a sparkling personality and a big smile that warms your heart and gets you interested in what she has to offer. Our paths crossed again in April and finally after getting my eyes checked by an Optometrist I immediately called Lana because I wanted to do business with her. Lana was so accommodating and came to my house to show me her display of eye glass frames. She was so patient with me because I really did not know what would look good on my face and what would be appropriate for the type of lenses I needed. Lana was so helpful giving me an honest opinion on what would work and what looked better for my features. Then we narrowed it down to price I could afford. Also she educates you on taking good care of your eyes and your eye glasses. The whole process flowed with a genuine caring attitude for her client and she also was able to give me a reasonable deal on a pair of prescription sunglasses. If you need glasses and tired of going from store to store looking for the right style and price with no satisfaction, just give Lana a call. Better yet, save yourself the hassle and once you get your prescription, call Lana to do the filling and ordering of your new glasses right away. You won't be disappointed.

I've had the good fortune to have had an eye exam with Dr. Daniel Walker at Inspired Eyes. I decided to have my eye exam with them after having a really good experience in purchasing a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses there. I'm really impressed with the care, attention and thoroughness of Inspired Eyes in regards optometry. They not only ask for a medical history, which seems a logical thing to do, although I've never been asked that by an optometrist before, but also follow up with dietary recommendations for foods that are beneficial to maintaining good vision. In addition to knowledgeable care, they are awesome folks to deal with. As a university professor who has to read and spend time at a computer, I really glad to be working with these folks to maintain good eye health (and they got good eyewear fashion sense, too!). Five stars!

Very upset that my glasses have been sitting there since the eighth. I couldn't understand the guy I talked to. Very bad English. He said he texted me on the eighth but they didn't have the right phone number. You think they would have phoned. Very unimpressed. That being said the lady who helped me was amazing. I think she is the owner. She definitely went above and beyond helping me select my glasses and explaining how the work as its a special lens. But they texted me. Very bush league. Makes zero sense. I love them too as they are very stylish and reasonably priced too. I didn't realize Lana offered them in her showroom so now I will never, ever buy a pair of "dollar store/drug store' readers again. I now have my glasses & followed Vincent’s advice to go with progressive lens. These glasses are amazing & headaches from florescent lights not happening. The people at Inspired Eyes made my experience overall very pleasant. I have been wearing glasses since I was in elementary school(roughly 20 or so years now), I have also been to a multitude of different Optometrists throughout the years. This was by far the best experience I have had hands down. I learned more about my eyes and my prescription today than I have collectively since elementary school. The staff was extremely friendly, the Doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, and the selection of frames had a very large variety. Although its not terribly important when looking for an Optometrist, I also thought this location was really well decorated and a lot of obvious effort was put in, which in essence shows they care about their business and inevitably means they care about their clientele. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!
