Forget about the big chain stores like Lens Crafters(don't get me started on the snotty, incredibly elitist, overpriced service unless you are wealthy, attitude that goes on there), Chris and family care, and make you feel like you are the only person they are interested in.

Went in today after a an accident I was in because my glasses got destroyed beyond repair. I was instantly hooked up with a new pair using my current lenses in less then 5 mins. Gentleman working was amazingly helpful, incredibly nice, and was more then willing to make sure I walked out with my vision back. Definitely would recommend Clear Vision Optical any day of the week. Amazing, Quick, and Efficient.

This practice is a really wonderful find. Staff was patient and kind as well as effective and knowledgable. Everything you hope to find in a optical (but frequently don't). I was able to discuss all my concerns without being rushed and feel like I got exceptional care. The staff member I interacted with were also very helpful. Highly recommend.

Great staff that went out of their way to help a new customer. My glasses had a nose pad break off and my wife took it to the Clear Vision Optical and they replaced both pads for free. Every time I have been in the store, wether it’s for a repair, new glasses or exam I have always had beyond great customer service. Chris is usually there and has helped myself and husband for a couple of years now and no matter what we are there for he gets it done! A wonderful local business. They provide me with great eyeglasses at the time of purchase, and should anything happen to them. I bent one of the nose pads on the last pair I got from them and they fixed it right up while I waited, and cleaned my classes so well before letting me leave with them. I've gone back to them again. I think this is the 3rd pair of glasses I've ordered with them. Great frames, careful fitting and follow up service. I highly recommend this business.

I have been going to Clear Vision Optical for just over 15 years now-what can I say they are awesome. They are Ma & Pop store & now for some years now their son Chris is working with them as well. They always help me pick out a great & lovely pair of glasses for my face. Not once have I had to go back because the glasses are somehow not correct. I've heard of people that this has happened to as well as myself before I started coming to their store in 2005. Again this year Cheryl & Chris helped me pick out the frames. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs glasses. They also have an optometrist at the store on some days if you need an appointment. Go see them, they have lots of frames to choose from, you will not be disappointed by the excellent service.

When I lived in Kelowna I always bought my glasses at Clear Vision Optical from Chris Mawson. He was always so helpful in picking the right frames and making sure I had the right lens. The quality of my glasses was always excellent and the price very reasonable. I would go in for regular adjustments and Chris was always a pleasure to work with. I moved to Calgary 3 years ago and have not found an equivalent service here so I appreciate him even more. Miss you Chris!!

I broke my frames (purchased out of province) and needed to just swap out my lens into the new frame that was still under warranty. Chris was very helpful and was able to do it in 5 minutes, at no charge. I had another issue with the frames so went back the next day and Chris and another gentlemen there were able to help me, again at no charge. I had purchased my prescription glasses at another retailer in town but found out they could not support their product as it was over 1 year old (2 years old). Clear Vision took them and put my lenses in a new frame for me the very same morning. Great service!
